to the seccond vote, we will do month Notices. Starting this week.
Past this the letters will be given out the weekend after the start of the new month.

my reasoning is that we have a select few and they dont always participate in the group so it is a high need for participation in the group. I think the letters on current events would be the best to acheive this, and the best to notify people that they are on the list of being most inactive.

Sorry, if I am a little inactive... I try to be active, but the testing season was going on and stuff... And I think this would be a good chance for everyone to know whats going on, not just some dormant group called [An]1[Me]...
