I think every group should have a thread for everyone to introduce themselves, tell a little about themselves, whatever. Please remember to post your comments on the correct board. 
Hi, my name is Danielle, and I live in Maine. I've been watching anime steadily for about 2 years now, and am looking forward to someday attending a convention.. (as soon as I get my license I'm going to AnimeBoston! (hopefully.. xD)). Well, my favorite anime is X (X/1999) followed by Death Note, Ouran, Kyou Kara Maou, Fruits Basket and Tsubasa. But I like more than just those. Some of my choices are rather obscure! (I've got a list on my UP.) Well, anyways, I like chatting with people, so anyone that wants to, can pm me and we can exchange AIMs or something. Because I always like to meet new anime fans! ^-^
Oh, and can I make a suggestion? I think we should state what state we live in in our intro. Because if everyone did, I'd be willing to make a map showing the places we all come from to put on the front page. Just a suggestion though.

Hello much! ^-^ My name is Riku and I live in Michigan. (Upper Peninsula) I wish someday to go to Japan and am slowly learning Japanese. (My grammar is very bad though.)
Anime I like: D.N.Angel, Trinity Blood, Full Metal Alchemist, Naruto and ummm . . . there’s so many I just can’t name them at the moment. I really love games though, my favorite games are: Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy series, Tales of Symponia, Tales of Legandia, Harvest Moon games, Star Ocean: Till the End of Time, and so on. My favorite manga is: Fruits Basket, Kingdom Hearts, Shaman King, MAR, Crescent Moon, Angel Sanctuary and yeah, that’s all the manga I own so far.
Let me take a second to tell you of my nationality:
My nationality is pure 50-50, English and Finish. My grandparents and great grandparents moved to America so my family hasn’t been in America too long unlike some people who have Indian relatives or something. XD It’s kind of funny how everyone in my family is so English or so Finish. It’s insane!

I m gilead you can call me gil gillator gilla gorilla gil the grill and the list goes on for some while but i don't really care to much about my name. Hi my name is carly and i live in wainwright alberta. i have had a lot of time on my hands which got me started on watching anime. but when the anime finished i was still bored so i started reading manga (best choice ever) i am reading +anima, naruto, fullmetal alchemist, one piece, shaman king /(butsu zone), and claymore. plus anima i just started and i am already up to volume 8 just got 2 find it
