just curious what happens when someone has won a hq? does the surrounding land become freed up or does it all transfer over to the winning army? or does the losing army get to keep it?

I think they lose it and get sent to anartica, or at least that's what I think. Is this for the secondary HQ or the main one?

All their land is freed up, except for one plot, which will be offlimits-ed, and they will go to Antarctica. Then they wait five days or pay 50EXP. And we get their HQ. When they get out/pay, they will get that offlimits-ed plot as a second HQ. They will have to battle us, if the battle keeps going, for their HQ, but they have to work their way to it first and be able to touch it.

When do you think you'll be able to update the map? gotta pounce on that freed up land ;)

When I find it. I recently switched back to my PC, and I think the maps is on Derka's broken laptop, >__>.

As far as I know, you do NOT need AP to up to respect the wallpaper guidelines, do you?
We respected ALL of your conditions (which obviously always try to keep grayserg's vectoring skill to a minimum but that's not the point), we had all our walls done for the due date. Obviously you didn't, as I'm reading these logs. And the excuse that AP was down doesn't count because AP was down for only a few hours, you could have submitted your wallpapers on the date without a doubt.

That's sad, especially since the original deadline said... "DEADLINE: August 13th". And now suddenly it's 16th, 17th. So tell me one thing, why do you set a deadline if you can't even respect it? Seriously, the deadline extension already ticked me off in the first war but, yeah, excuses and excuses. This time there are no excuses - if someone had been unavailable then they're AWOL. If the general battlegrounds rules try to be as realistic as possible then exceptions should not be made. In a war, we cannot wait. Corruption obviously plays a huge part in it too, though. Oh who cares anyway, in the end excuses will still be made and there will be no penalties, as suspected. Whatever.

... Please Don't Complain...everyone's working quite hard to get all this to work obviously.
It's sometimes hard to get ahold of people. as for the extention of the Deadline.. It's not like w00t didn't agree to it or anything, so.. if you want to say something about it, wouldn't it be best to talk to your army leader?

do the walls we submit to you have to be jpg? or can they be bitmap/png too?
