Like said, some kinda hidden unit thing, someone pops up as an extra for a certain battle for a certain nation (kinda like Buddha or Gandhi appearing out of nowhere and grants handicap advantages to a certain nation).

hmmm fake-money system could work, but i think ya should leave a risk sector system out. since then the attack-rule-making doesnt aply anymore. if ya want a all vs all battle with in 1 sector 10 people and in the other 2 then that wouldnt work.
And rankin would be cool, like a statistic thingy seeing wich army rules wich % of the planet.
