I think June 7th is a great date. All the rules will be settled and everyone will know what it is they're supposed to be doing. A while back on Minitokyo when W.A.R. (Wallpaper Art Revolution) was being held there were quite a few hiccups here and there because the last part of the planning was rushed, but it was great overall. I expect a few things here and there with this too, but not nearly as many.
I'm also glad that this time around I'm not one of the main leaders of one of the fighting groups but an actual participant. More hands on I guess. As long as I can make me little slab of land look how I want it to, then all is good XD . Oh yes, it will have unicorns, and rainbows, and pretty flowers of gloomy death.

Well, I never got to particpate beyond assembling my group, so bleh XD . From a set-up perspective, it was a bit more playful than usual wallpaper contests with the implementation of certain themes and styles, group vs. group, etc ... but I can't speak from a participants perspective so I guess that would change things a bit. I do see why you say that though, as I said in the previous post, it did have it's hiccups. I don't thinked it sucked though ... I've seen far worse competitions XD .
Gat, sorry, but Kalico doesn't have summer time until June 1, so I added a week for anyone else. I personally won't have time until June 9th, but oh well. Be glad it's not the 14th like I was originally planning. X3

dude honestly i dont know where your coming from in that statement. first off you didnt participate nor did you take any part in it so what sucked about it i wonder?
also i get kinda pissed how alot of people bash on WAR. I could think of alot of other projects that were complete disasters compared to WAR. Battle Royale anyone?! heck it didnt even finish....

Guess it really depends on how long we're given to make our walls and how much land we have to conquer.
I could imagine myself trying to defend the last piece of land when I'm 30. o_o" *Foresights are scary* I wouldn't mind it lasting for a long time. :D
