I'm glad I'm over and done with high school ... my schedule is much more open XD . Now I've just got to work toward my general degree and then decide what to specialize in. Bleh, I want to have an interesting career ... nothing bland like accounting so I'm still thinking about what the hell I want to be, even now. Anyway, I think the time for the war is perfect as most people will be available due to summer break.
One thing I am wondering about is whether the enemy will be able to attack you right after you have defended yourself from an attack, because it would really suck to be constantly attacked one after another. I'm also wondering if multiple countries can attack you're "sector" at once. I think I'm wondering about this a bit too much ... I'll just wait and see what the rules are June 7 ... bleh.

Oh, I guess I should say this now:
-If you're an army general, and you have a planned vacation at any point in time (like, I'll be gone to AX June 30-July 5-ish), then appoint a second in command to take over for you.
-If you're a regular soldier, just let your general know you'll be gone, and you'll be counted out of the army until you get back. That way, come voting time, you won't count against your army because you were gone and didn't submit a wall. But you have to let your general know; if you just disappear, then it counts against your army.

Mmm, I don't want a six-man army to have five high-ranking officers, so a proportionately small number should be fine. And what do you mean by rewards?

Is there such a thing as "defections" in this war? <_< :cough: not that Im thinking of doing it.
Well if you defect... wouldn't you FEEL bad for your teammates and leader? Unless they've been a total ass to you etc. than thats understandable.
I personally wouldn't feel bad :shrugs: Like I said though, Im not gonna do it, even though my team is more than obviously the underdog, I'll stay, not only because I kind of like being the underdog but because Im sure I have nowhere to defect to. I just thought it'd an interesting fact to know for future reference.
I think this is a funny competition, no an aggressive one. Its main aim to all should be win, but in a sane way: this isn`t a bloody war, isn't serious... This event, I think (I guess) is like a friend's event. So rewards aren't a special important thing further from appreciation (is that the right word for "reconocimiento" in spanish? Maybe it's better acknowledgement ... ).

A war doesn't necessarily have to be bloody and violent. It can consist entirely of words and conversation and still have the same result. Or in our case artwork. Wars in general are caused by two conflicting ideas or two ideas trying to achieve the same goal, just in different ways. So our little war is much like others in that we are fighting using our ideas to win and in a way have dominance. Our ideas are turned into our walls, which are in a way like soldiers fighting for our cause. Our "war" is more of a competitive competiton and for sport, rather than the violent ones our world has seen. So, yes it it possible to have a peaceful war like our little gathering ... as a war can be many things and not necessarily on a physical contact level.
So, yay no bazooka XD . I don't like violence ... and I probably replied too seriously to that statement .. oh well XD .
