About Cibo's Amateur Anime Project
A Unique Anime Experience

Purpose:
Organize a small group of talented individuals with the goal of creating an animated short in the style of Japanese Anime.
End Result:
Given a challenging yet achievable goal, members will gain experience and knowledge of how Anime is created.

Project Goals(Clarified):
Total Time - 5:00+ minutes
Scenes (# of layered, complete backgrounds) - 35
Cuts (single shots that make up the movie)- 45, Text Cuts(?)
Average Cut time - 6 sec
Repeat Cuts (repeating the same cut, perhaps in a flashback) - 0-3
Layers Per Cut (individual layers that will be animated/scrolled) - Up to 5
2D Hand-drawn Animations Cuts (simple frame/frame animations)- 10-12
Complex Hand-drawn Animation Cuts (will require substantial work time)- 5?
3D Animation Cuts - 15
Music Tracks (individual songs) - 3-4
Timeframe - 3 Months (Tentative)
Final Resolution - 720 x 480 (DVD)
