As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. So, do we have a chosen scan yet? Also, I was wondering exactly what the time constraints on this project are? It'll last about a month, I assume?

To ShaggyM: Yes, I agree. Even though they already had a competition, I think it would be a good way to do simple graphics and critique without the hassle of a wallpaper. Plus, it's good fun and they are useful.

Um what kind of scan are we going to use? i already know the deadline but is ther a theme that we are going by? do we have to do a certian resolution or something? i dunno i just need this info and i will be able to do the wallpaper and stuff. lastly can we choose any clamp series we want for the wallpaper?

Well, if it is still on... I have a submission.. I really liked this contest, it gave me a chance to use all the new cute brushes I got!~ Ok, here goes! I have a couple other versions too... If it's alright.. I'll just submit one for now.. (this is my wallpaper right now!~ ^_^)
