Lucy! She's the only one who's got a personality..and her troubled story is pretty interesting. Definitely Lucy.

Hard question...
I think I like both Lucy/Nyuu and Nana, but only certain aspects of them.
From Lucy I like her balance(if it can be said like that) with Nyuu, her not being just a cold blooded assasin or a cute but "too" innocent girl.
From Nana I like her being innocent (not as much as Nyuu) and very human, but she is very inluencable and acts too childish.
Anyway they are some of the best characters on anime history.
