Has anyone here defeated this abomination of the world? Dx

For those who don't know who Yiazmat is, he's the last elite mark to hunt and the strongest monster in FF12 and I might even say the monster with the most HP of all FF's Dx

It took me about 11 hours to kill this bastard since I really didn't had a strategy to beat him, I just went on head to head and somehow managed to defeat him 9(>_>) emoticon

So, I'm wondering if anyone here also encountered this freak and defeated him in battle, if so, I would like to hear your strategy and how much did it took for him to go down.

Hello, you're not the only one =P I defeated him in about 12 times and first i didn't use a strategy. When you done enough damage it really gets hard and the strategy I used is using only 2 characters, and when he kills one you add a third, equip the bubble belt to the death one, revive him and remove him, and i did that every time a character got killed. I also used reverse sometimes but it gets hard to use it in the exact moment you need too.

Anyway I killed Yiazmat a long time ago so i don't really remember much. And I wish someone else would post here.

Well, I've only defeated him 1 time so far but I can't really say how much time it took me since I was doing some other quest but I believe I have a game saved before I went fighting him with 170 hours or so and after defeating him another one with about 200 hs maybe.

Well, the ones I used the most where Vaan, Basch and Ashe. But obviously I had to switch them from time to time ^^

And just when Yiazmat began to glow red, I had to take out Basch and Use Balthier to attack from a distance with his rifle 9(>_>) emoticon

Lol I killed him to get the wyrmhero. I wanted to have all the weapons but I sold the 2 mythryl blades that come with Vaan and Basch and you can never get them again T_T.

Suprisingly I'm not much of a FF12 fan, it's good but it doesn't excite me all that much. I do like FF12:Revenant Wings. Lloyd is awesome, I love him! <3 emoticon
