I haven't played ffx2, just I bit (enough to see LeBlanc), but she's like Seymour, one of those love-to-hate-them characters.

What is the best and the worst ff bad-guy ever?
To me, the best: Sephiroth. The worst: Was it Seifer the one from ffvi?

Best FF bad guy: Sephiroth FFVII. (Although he's struggling that place with Kefka from FF6, some people prefer Kefka for understandable reasons, but despite that, I like Sephiroth better)

FF7: President Shinra Sr, Don Corneo, Heidegger, Hojo, Yuffie (I know, I know, I find her ABSOLUTELY annoying and juvenile), Sephiroth
FF8: Edea, Rinoa, Seifer
FF10: Seymour, Jecht,
FF12: Vayne and pretty much all the Judges/his governemnt supporters
I think I've covered all the FF games I played and characters I despise...

Totally. Sephiroth is only on my list because his murder of Aertih made both my brother and me cry. Otherwise, he's totally a badass villian.
Penelo is acutally not so bad...so far for me and I kind of enjoyed Rikku as well.
