Some series come with troublesome scans and some have no scans at all! So when Session Zero provides no help abuse this thread xD

Anyways, the pillows on the left look fine. And the pillow on the right doesn't look bad...though it does look kinda weird. I would take out the fold-thingy that runs down the middle of the right pillow so it would look a lot rounder, and the lighting would work a bit better. But it doesn't look horrible though, so you don't need to do too much to it. And I'm betting the pillows is going to be the LAST thing that people are going to be staring at, if you know what I'm saying =P
Also, it would be awesome if you added some kind of scenery in the window, so the left side wouldn't look so empty. Otherwise, it looks pretty good :)
And are his lips THAT pink? It seems he has lipstick on >_>

He has pretty hair xD *clears throat* yeah. the lips' color is a tad strong. in non-realistic drawing, it's better to keep the lips' color similar to the person's skin tone, if you want his lips to be colored. a big difference makes it look unnatural, although in real life, it's not a problem.
but onto the pillows. i think they look fine. o_o it's a little strange with the sideways "T" shape going on there because of the folds, but it's not that obvious. i don't think you have to remove that fold though, since the other pillows have it too. but if you observe the other pillows, the middle fold doesn't connect with both halfs of the pillow's edge (by outline, i mean). so since that middle fold in the right pillow curves downward, keep the outline that connects it to the lower half of the right edge of the pillow, but edit out its connection to the upper half. (i cannot guarantee that my descriptions are understandable... -_-; if you have no idea what i'm talking about, say so and i'll take a minute to draw it and show you.)

I tried to edit the pillow (copy paste from the left), my PC is way too old to handle big files. Should I be adding more highlights? The pillow is supposed to be in the shadows >_> It's a bit rough as it's not finished, I'll have to work on all the pillows once I clean up my C disk from various trash.
And yes, the lips should be red :P This scan was my reference. Yamane-sensei seems to like yellow skin tones and red lips ._.

Yea, the pillow is fine now. You don't need to add any more highlights, and it looks fine to me :) The only thing that I think you should do right now is do something to do something about the vast empty space in the window. Are you planning to put text in this wall? If you are, then place it over there so all that blue sky isn't too distracting. Otherwise, like I said, some simple trees or whatnot is fine.

I think I'll rather use text than trees ._. and text is my weak spot, does that make me weird? I just need to find a fitting font. I still have some time till the "special" day so I'll figure something out :)

Erm. I never thought that I'd hear the words "images with males" and "ecchi" together in one sentence xD I really dunno. But I'm pretty sure your wall counts as ecchi, if it applies to male images too o_o
-__- i'm sorry (that i confused you). but i think those guys in your reference scan have peachier lips than the guy (i think he counts as a example of male ecchi...if that exists) in your wallie.
i dunno why i'm even posting...because halcyon already said it's fine. and it's fine :D currently, i'm wondering how the text and the positioning of that guy is going to balance out. he's quite close to the center of the wall, so placing the text can get a bit tricky. unless my sense of balance is upside down. which is very possible.
