The total of your records is 9. You must have a total of 30 points on your AP record. And in my opinion, after your approval is accepted, the admin you've PMed will give the link of the introductions.

That's why your supposed to PM an admin if you intend to apply incase you are not sure of something. Im sure Aki could have told you that if you asked him.
Taken from the rules section...You also must have been a member of AP for 30 days and you also must have at least 30 AP points. (Which consist of either forum posts, wallpapers, scans or wallpaper comments.)

My equality is correct. If you get banned and deserve it, means you're not trustworthy. Now I get it...people seem to ignore the "about" part on that page...
