Greetings, Guardian Spirit members,

Being a new group its a 'must' that we have sig banners so that people will want to come and check us out and join in. For GS banners I'd like them to be a little more uniform then most banners. I'd like 2 sizes.

Large size: 544 x 104 px.

[That's with a small boarder but if you just add the boarder on to this size. That's okay but boy will that be really big.]

Small size: 404 x 84 px.

[Also, size with slim boarder. You can make it this size with or without the boarder. Doesn't really matter.]

Just please follow these instructions when you make your banners. I don't want them to be all over the place. Just two nice sizes. As for text...

Please, have the words 'Guardian Spirit' on the banner. Any under laying words are welcome that represent 'Guardian Spirit'. I personally, suggest using 'scriptures'. Its a nice touch to show what we're here for. Also, please, put your 'sig' on it in a corner somewheres. Doesn't have to be big but there. I want everyone to know who made them.

Thanks for your time and effort and for following these simple rules. You can use any image you want just please keep things 'Non-Ecchi' or keep there clothes on. We are representing God/Jesus/Holy Spirit.

As for posting, just link them up on this forum threw 'Imageshake' or 'Photobucket' or something. I'll then put them in a special place on my group blog I use for this type of stuff. I'll probably upload them on an image site so, they don't bog down your image site just to make banners for my group.

Yes, Angel-chan. Banners are necessary for the group, and most of all, it's fun to make! Haha, wallpapers might take some time, but when it comes to banners, I'll surely be posting some in no time! ^o^.
Ooh, I think I get what your, "border" means. I'll try making one, two, three, or four! Hehe, banners are just fun to make. ^-^. Wow, scriptures can be really nice, but, the thing is, some of them are quite long. Angel-chan, you can put the scriptures on the Css header, and that would just be splendid! ^o^.
I am currently using the laptop which doesn't have my Gimp inside, so, maybe I'll just do it tomorrow, neh. Thank you for trying to bring this group to life. The members just need to be informed that there are activities in here, neh. ^-^. Hopefully more people will come and post.

I hope your banners come shortly. As will mine. So, just follow the rules outlined above and we'll all be good. I'll work on getting a regular 'layout' to use. So, everyone doesn't have to go through so much work to make these banners.

Yeah, hopefully mine would come fast too, hehe.

A 'layout' will be the saved file that you can work with. Like for 'Gimp' when you want to save your project to work on it later.. you save it as an '.xcf'. So, I'll get the right demintions that I've asked everyone to use and save them in there correct extention. So, there will be '.xcf';'.psd'; and even if its not the right extention for you. You can always change it later.

So, that's what a layout is.

Ooh! That's quite a nice non-chara banner you got there, Angel-chan! ^o^. I think I'll do some tomorrow. I seem a little burdened with some of my school's assignments and stuff, so, but, hopefully I'll get to do it tomorrow, neh. Most likely. ^_~.

... I totally love the cat! Its totally cool! I do like being able to read what they say. You did a great job! Your good at making sig's. I've been a little tired lately so I haven't don't a whole lot and with work and everything. But I'll work on some really soon. Even tho I haven't been making sigs and stuff. I have been image surfing and I've got quite a few good one's to work with!! So, just you wait.
