You can be from any clan, even if it were wiped out. You can be from a same clan as someone else.
Heres a few options:
1. Uchiha
2. Hyuga
3. Kaguya
4. Nara
5. Yamanaka
6. Akimichi
7. Fuma
8. Haku's clan.
ect.
