As the name suggests, all you have to do is write a COMPLETE song for the Jrocker of your choice.
* You have to know, and state which jrocker or band the song is going with.
* The song has to be YOUR creation, that means no plagiarism[stealing someone else's work].
* It can be in any language, as long as an English translation is provided.

* You may specify which lines a particular band member sings.
* You may even include the instruments used, as well as a musical score if you want!
* You may include your version of the song too - Get together with friends, do a solo, with or without music etc.

Hmmm...this lyric thing is a great idea! I always get my inspirations from Kyo (Dir en grey). Well, here goes...Ever since I wrote this, I could imagine Kyo singing it with Dir en grey. If it's corny, eh, oh well. These are thoughts I get often and I always write them down!

Ok, my turn next...
I decided to do a pairing, lol… n_n I was going to pick Kyo from Dir en Grey and Ruki from The GazettE to sing together but I went with Gackt and Hyde instead. Just because they are one of my fave singers of all time and everytime
they sing; their voice, their music manages to bring me joy and happiness I cannot beging to describe. I also love when they sing together. (Match made in heavin in my opinion. ^^) I was going to use an old song I had but when I decided to go with this paiting the words started to flow right out with ease.
I kind of made them sound sad and heart broken… (I wasn’t going to! T_T) I was going to make a song about friendship but I only get inspired to write those once in a blue moon, lol. So I just decided to write something that came naturally then trying to force words out. Oh, im not good in music or rythim
But the song would be a nice combination between Gackt’s gorgeously haunting, “Lust for Blood” and Hyde’s beautifully soft yet powerful ballad, “The Cape of Storms”. (Two of my fave songs by them btw.)Im not saying it sounds like that, it’s just and example to give a little idea on what it would sound like! ^_^
I wrote down the parts where Hyde and Gackt sing and when they sing together, lol. Enough of my senseless babble! Here goes nothing... Hope you like! n_n

No Way! Haha...I'm always creating! I write betwen 3-4 a week so I don't think I'll be running out anytime soon!...Unless...my arms fall off but then I could use my feet...but if they fall off I can use my mouth! And if they fall off, then maybe I'll stop! But only maybe! I even put them up on a poem website, but they're always changing so they are never truly complete. You know what I mean?

Speaking of future contests...I just got an idea! (Doesn't happen very often!) Instead of just having contest after contest, maybe we could put a theme on the contest? Like "Write lyrics and use the word red" or maybe "Write a poem about winter"...catch my drift? That way we could see everyone's perception of that particular theme. It's interesting to read what other people wrtie all on the same subject. We get differnt points of views and sybolisms, etc. What do ya think?
