XD! I was born in Taiwan and lived there for 5 years before going to New Zealand and then Australia. So I learnt chinese growing up and I still learn a bit now! I can speak Chinese fluently but not Japanese. I can only manage little fragnments of it @~1@!
Hi guys, I joined this group cause my friend Pyro invited me to join and also cause I'm itching to learn japanese, I know a few words and all, but I can't speak japanese yet, so I hope that in this group I can learn more japanese, enough so I can have a conversation in japanese jiji, well then let's begin ^_^

Really? You've never been to a foreign country =O! I've been to 4-5, and lived in three. I don't really like moving but its an enjoyable experience seeing a different country. I hope you get the chance one day too Yuki-chan!

Let's do our best together to learn Japanese.
Piro, that's great that you can speak Chinese! I also considered learning Chinese. But, as I feared making a confusion between Chinese and japanese, I only took Japanese. And I am also learning English and German, so learning 4 languages at a time would take too much time.
And Yuki-chan, as Piro already said, with a bit of practice, you will get used to the structure of the sentences. Just try to listen as much Japanese as possible, while watching anime or drama for instance, and you will get used to it. But before that, it is necessary to learn the basics and some vocabulary.
Let's do our best together to learn Japanese.

Ohayou! Watashi no kuni wa, ima wa asa dayou! Watashiwa atarashi no 'member'. Nihon ga daisuki! Demo ne, watashi no nihon wa, kampeki janaiyo. Tsumari, watashiwa shiteru chotto sukoshi, nihon, teeyu. Ahaha. ^-^. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu. I am learning Japanese myself now. By the book. But I don't really have much time because of school and all sorts. Um... Ha ha. yeah, some of my Japanese sounds funny. I learn some from animes. Um... Oh yeah, watashi no namae wa, Hakusa nano. Haku-chan~ de yonde iin no. Jya!

Oh yeah, I know Hiragana. I can read it. But I only know a little of Katakana. The worse one is of course Kanji. Boy, those are hard to read. I am from Malaysia, Chinese, but I don't really know how to speak Chinese. He he. ^-^;

Hi my name is Ashlyn and i am really interested in Japanese culture and language. I'm a sophomore in college and i wish i could take Japanese, but it isn't taught at my school. I would like to visit Japan in the future and maybe live there.
