Japanese
Hmmm...I know two ways to say that;
a) watashi wa *leaving date* kara *returning date" made (not the English word ; its read as ma-de) *place* ni ikkimasu!
kara means from and ma-de means until
b) *not sure about this one* watashi wa yonnichi kan *place* ni ikkimasu ;not sure about the "kan". Hope that helps! ^^

Hi Yuki-chan ^^
"okaerinasai"! which means welcome back XD!
To answer your question:
For religious temples you say "Otera" if you want to be formal or just plain "tera" in casual speech XD! You can also say "shinden" but "otera" is more commonly used ^^!

@ Pyro-san : How about date? How to say date in Japanese?
Hmm, you can ask what date it is by saying
"kyou wa nan nichi desu ka"
I'm not sure of there is anexact word for "date", unless its a direct translation which would be "de-to"! I don't think that is right....

@ Pyro-san : Oh... what I mean is to say date, such as July 20th 2007. Not how to ask date, but thanks for telling about it :]
To say date you just say;
"kyou wa *Number of month * Gatsu *Date* nichi (if not a special word) desu.
The date is more troublesome as the first 10 do not use numbers.
*Special words*
1st of month ; tsuidachi
2nd: futsuka
3rd: Mikka
4th: Yokka
5th: Itsuka
6th: Muikka
7th: nanoka
8th: Youka
9th: Kokonoka
10th: Touka
11-13: normal numbers
14th:juuyokka
14-19 normal
20th: Hatsuka
20-23 normal
24th: Nijuuyokka
24 onward; normal.
So to say July 20th you say Shichigatsu hatsuka desu
"kyou wa *Number of month * Gatsu *Date* nichi (if not a special word) desu.

I've been thinking that learning how to say "because.." would be useful so I'll go on to that instead XD.
To say because, write the reason first in Japanese, end with desu or masu but add "kara" after that. Then write the result.
e.g. 1 I went to the park because I was very bored
Watashi wa totemo tsumaranai "desukara" Koen ni Ikkimasu.
Notice that in Japanese the Reason comes, unlike in English.
Directly translating, you are actually saying "BECAUSE I was very bored, I went to
the park." While this does make sense in English, it is not as commonly used.
e.g. 2 I ate some rice because I was hungry.
Watashi wa onaka ga "sukimashita-kara" Gohan o tabemasu
P.S. *onaka = stomach, sukimashita = hungry, but you must use these 2 together like the way I did above.
Another way to say because is to use "...node". However, this is a much more advanced level as you need to know other Japanese forms. I may have time to do this later
