Hey, I'm Bern, and I'm a hardcore gamer, woo! XD

1. I started playing games when I was 5-7. My first game was Super Mario World for SNES.

2. I like video games because it allows you to take on a different role, as if you were in essence really the character you play as. Hence why I only prefer games with good art, and well designed characters that appeal to me. (Yay animal/anthro games)

3. I prefer Adventure games, and occasionally thinking/puzzle games (Zelda for example) No offense, but I personally despise RPG games, but that's my opinion.

4. Nice gamer? Aha, you wish. I'm very competitive. >_>

5. Okami () Jak & Daxter, II, 3 and X. Sly Cooper, II and 3. Bloody Roar, 2, 3, and 4. Scaler, Sonic heroes, Shadow, Legend of Kay, Ratchet and clank, 2, 3, and 4. All of the Dragon Ball Z fighting games <_<; Soul Calibur, 2, and 3. All the Megaman X games. All Inuyasha games. Sonic Rush, Sonic Riders, Nintendogs, ALL of the Pokemon games. ^^; All of the Zelda games, except the ones for the GameBoy.

That was more than 2, but ah well. There's a lot more than that by the way. I think I'll stop it there. XD

Note: My favorite system is the PS2. VIVA LA PS2!

Hello everyone, I'm Tyson, I heard of this group thanks to our administrator motogp ^^

1) I started playing games when I was about 4 years old, and like Bern (above me) my first game was Super Mario World for SNES.

2) I like video games cause they have been my entertainment for years and it kept me at home, away from all the bad things that go around the streets, it still is my entertainment and I wish that someday it could become my job and my life

3) Well my favorite games are, RPG, Adventure, Action adventure, Puzzle games, Fighting games and horror games

4) Yes I do, I'm pretty confident of my gamer skills, in fact there hasn't been anybody who has defeated me in a game more times than I did to him or her, so I would have to say that I'm pretty good :D

5) Only 2? Come on, at least 500 LOL, well I'll mention the ones I've played so far in PS2 cause if I mention the other systems, I will not finish -__-; ok I've played:

All Final Fantasies, except FF11 cause it's online gameplay only, Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2, GTA 3, GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas, Tenchu 2 and 3, Arc the Lad, Dark Cloud, DBZ Budokai 1, 2 & 3, Tony Hawk Underground and many many more, trust me

Note: I have PS2, PSP, Nintendo Game cube, N64, Gameboy color, Gameboy Advance, and Nintendo DS.

Hey y'all, I'm GoldenApe, a die-hard (PC-)gamer if I may say so, hence I joined this group ;).
1) I started playing games when I was 5 years old, when I got my first Gameboy Classic.
2) The main reason why I like games is because they provide entertainment, education and challenge. It's everything you need in life when not attending school or working.
3) I prefer FPS and Racing, mainly because it doesn't require much thinking so I can just forget everything around me and shoot/drive away. From time to time though I do like picking up an RTS or RPG. I hate MMORPGs though.
4) Nice as in fair play? Definitely. Nice as in giving you a chance to win? No way :P
5) The main games I've been playing (and being good at) are Age of Empires 2, Enemy Territory, Jade Empire and I'm now totally focussed on Enemy Territory Quake Wars (got the Beta, waiting for the full release next month).

Hey, I'm CG! I prefer console games in general, I don't play much PC games, because my favourite genre is RPG and the best RPGs are for consoles like PS2.
1) sry I dunno the year but I remember I started with my old gameboy, my first games were Zelda: Link's awakening and pokemon^^
2) I LOVE them because you're able to do everything and it's soo damn much fun, I enjoy every second I play and it's definitely notime wasting to play videogames!!
3) as I said, RPG FTW!!! xD
4)Yes, I'm very very very good at some games like Zelda or SSBM^^

1) I started playing games when the first Nintendo console came out. I don't remember how old I was. I didn't get really INTO gaming until I was about 8 though. (My computer is not really good for pc games but I probably would be playing thoughs too if I had the hardware to support it. Stupid computer!)

2) I like games because it's like watching TV but interactive or like being someone else and having someone else's problems for a little while.

3) I prefer RPG's. There's nothing more I love than a good story to go with a game. I play and enjoy other games but I love RPG's the most.

4) A nice gamer? I'm not sure what you really mean by that but I think so . . .

5) Haha I played the Kingdom Hearts seires of course (KH and 2, KH:CoM), FF7, FF8, FF10, FF10-2, FF12, FF7:DoC, SoulCalibur 2 and 3, Tales of Legandia, Tales of Symphonia, Guitar Hero 1 and 2, DDR, Legend of Dragoon, Star Ocean: Till the End of Time, All the Harvest Moon games you can think of and All the Legend of Zelda games you can think of too. (Gotta love the Legend of Zelda)

one) i started playing games when the sega mega drive came out (remember sonic).

two)i like games cause of the callenges you face and cuz there fun to play and great social experiences in the online games

three)RPG's defiently, they always have a good story and plenty of things to do. and its not like shhot here shoot there or wateva you can use magic hit a couple of times do a special etc. and they usually have good levels.

four)nice gamer? well i thing im a good gamer (once ive gotten the hang of the game). and i think i have the....ability....the play fair

five)only two huh. well ive played the kh series (I, II and COM), rappelz, sonic heroes, tekken 5, over 150 gba games, warcraft 3, pokemon (all of em) and on and on. sooo need to play okami though

3) My preference of games are mostly from all or either of the three genres: FPS(Or at times i also like TPS), Racing and RTS. Other than these, i also love action-adventure games(preferably with somewhat to intensively meaningful storylines) like Prince of Persia: Warrior Within and all.

4) If by nice you mean to ask a 'proper gamer' or fair play or something.. then.. most definitely. A game is supposed to be played according to the rules of play laid out for each match.
Unless of course, you mean to ask about something else...?? o_O

5) Hmm... only 2? o_O Ok then, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter and Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars.

I more of a console gamer myself, I'm not really that fond of PC games =_=

1. I started playing when I was 1-2 years old (I'm not kidding) My dad taught me how...My first game was Rockman in the...hmmm I forgot what they call it..."Family Computer"?

2. Hmmm? Can't really think of a reason...I just like them I guess \(^w^)/

3. I more fond of fighting games. It doesn't matter if it was 2D or it has no gore, as long as it's a fighting game, I'll play it n_n; I like the thrill of playing them...the feeling when you are near victory...near defeat...*evil grin*

4. Hmmm...I can't say I'm really that good at video games...but all I know is that whenever I play at a video game rental, people start swarming behind me, looking at my game, distarcting me =_=

5. 2 games, huh? (Only 2?) I'll go with Tekken: DR and Kingdom Hearts CoM

1)hmmm i think the first time i played was when i was about six and it was either a very old side scrolling version of duke nukem or an old game series called commander keen (for dos)
2)Why do you like them? why shouldn't you like games? theres too many reasons why i like to spend countless hours blasting away at aliens or ramming a police barracade, it allows you to do what you'd never be able to do in real life. its a great escapeism that releives stress.
3)I like RTS FPS and the occasional racing game.
4)The hell is "a nice gamer" if your a hardcore gamer i dont think you could be nice at all. like some of the other people said i'll play fair but it'll be a cold day in hell before i LET someone win.
5)Hmm lets see all of the command and conquer series cept for the latest, Halo 1/2 ( soon to be three WOOOT) NFS underground 2 and most wanted hitman blood money, starcraft (hopefully number 2 will be coming out soon it looks freakin sweet!), James bond 007 golden eye(n64) super mario cart 64, and bunch of others but ill stop there.

Hello everyone, my name is Ebduy and i don't know if i should consider myself a hardcore gamer or just a... very experienced gamer lol

1. I started playing games when i was 7 and got my first computer, the very first game i played was Warcraft and i used to spend a lot of time in front of my monitor, few months later i got a SNES and i played a lot of Killer Instinct (eventually i got pretty good at it, i did a 45 hit combo to the final boss with Orchid XD).

2. I can't really say why i like videogames so much, i guess is just the idea of being able to escape real life for a few moments

3. the games i like most are strategy games or RPGs and MMORPGs lately but i always enjoy a good fighting game or any horror game

4. a nice gamer... dunno what that means but i wouldn't say i am one of those, when i lose a game to some other player i don't get mad or anything. But when it comes to be beaten by the game itself, well, sometimes i just get mad enough to stop playing for a few days before trying again >_<

5. Like most people here I've played too much games to try to describe just 2 of them, but i'd like to share 2 of the experiences i liked the most.
The first time i played Silent Hill i was 13 and me and 2 other friends finished that game in one night (the most terrific night of my life so far), since then i've played every silent hill game.
The other thing i'd like to share is the first RPG i ever finished, it was Chrono Trigger. I love that game, i was 10 when i finished it for the first time and i'm proud to say i managed to get another 10 or 11 alterantive finals for that game.

i think that's all i have to say, nice to meet all of you brothers of gaming lol
