There has always been a lot of ecchi. I agree though that lately it's been too much.
Personally, I haven't noticed. Tho I don't dought it. I don't dought it one bit.

Hmm i actually haven't seen any ecchi scans recently.
Hm... 2 weeks had past and the ecchi scans have decrease, thank god.

Lately, most of the wallpapers that would qualify as ecchi have decreased just a tad. However, I seem to notice that there is always an ecchi scan in one of the top three popular scans lately and always annoys me so very much. Some men these days.
