Here is the long awaited 2ed NEWA Wallpaper Contest! This round will be all about the Summer Time. Anything from Beaches to the back yard or even on your back deck! Anything that hasto do with the summer time will be fair game. Even ones about the 4th of July[for US members] or any other 'holiday' going on during the summer for you!

::Contest Details::

1. ANYONE CAN JOIN! Any wallpaper that is not accepted into AP IS FAIR GAME! So, make me your best wallpaper!! [Optional: You can submit to AP. If you want]

2. Wallpaper Size: Anything from Standard: 1024x768 px. - 2048x1536 px. to Widescreen: 1440 x 900 px. - 2560 x 1600.

3. Image: Must NOT contain any girl that is 'falling out', 'blushing', 'holder a broken swimsuite', 'posed inapproperatly', and/or anything that suggests ecchi-ness. I'm looking for clean fun in the images. Doesn't have to be someone in a swim suit. Doesn't have to be just girls. Guy's can be in these wallpapers too as long as they aren't 'suggestive' or other wise impared as I've stared for the 'girl's'. Anything else is fair game. If you have any questions about an image you want to use. Just PM me and I'll tell you if its Non-Ecchi. Only if your unsure.

4. Signature: All wallpapers must have a signature to identify it is yours.

5. If your new to walling and need some extra help. PM me ~angelearth10 for help with everything from GIMP Software [If you have no software contact me] to instructions to get you to your final destination. If your a Photoshop User and need some suggestions and critiquing you can contact $damoser.

6. Collaberations, old wallpapers, new wallpapers, anything you can mainly think of is okay to use.

7. Will need Image Shack or other image hosted link.
Not all my judges are into anime so they don't join AP. Sorry, for the inconvience but thank you!

8. Deadline: June 27th, 2008 to September 27th, 2008. This will give you aproximatly 3 months to get your wallpapers done. ABSOLUTLY, NO EXTENTIONS! [we all know how that worked last time.]

I'll get to work on the 'judgeing' page as well. Same place I put the other contest 'Best Female Role Modle' Which by the way... is still going on. Until August 1st! IF anyone still wants to join in! on that contest. *^^*heh

Things might have just gotten kind of bad for me here (not sure how things will turn out), so i can't say for sure whether i will be able to participate, sorry.

i'd be willing to help people via critiques, and suggestions though. so go ahead and include me in number 5, if you want.
