AP News Reporter Requirements

Here are the qualities we are looking for in a news reporter:
1. The ability to write in English in correct punctuation, grammar, and spelling. You don't need to be perfect, but your English should be solid. As in, you don't confuse 'their' with 'they're,' and you don't make the common grammatical mistakes (ex. noun-verb-pronoun mismatch, comma splices, etc.)
2. The ability to proofread and edit poorly-written user-submitted posts. If you meet the first requirement, you should be able to meet this one too.
3. The ability to tell between good and bad news (ie. good judgment).
If you feel that you meet the above requirements, then please answer one question below. We will use your answer to determine whether you meet the requirements or not.
Your answer needs to be at least one full paragraph (5 sentences).
