After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

Welcome to An Uematsu Fantasy!

First off, introduce yourself. Now:
1) Tell us how you got into Uematsu's music (i.e. you play blah blah and...)
2) Name one (and no more) Uematsu piece that you claim as your favourite, and tell us why.

For me:
1. I got into FF music when I played FFX with my friend in 8th grade. Thought that the battle theme was pretty good, and went out searching for MIDIs (had dial-up back then). I slowly waded through Uematsu's music, and in the end, got exposure to a whole lot of his music.
2. Suteki da Ne (orchestrated) hands down - Rikki's singing combine with the lovely orchestration is just amazing. The soft strings and winds gives a strong, gentle, moving, powerful, and nostalgic feel, all at the same time. I still love this song to death, even after listening it many times for 3 years.

First off, thanks for the invite...this is a great thing to wake up to (I just woke up)

1. I got into Uematsu's music through Final Fantasy X first, because it was the first Final Fantasy game I played.
2. The Hymn of the Fayth (Spira) is my favorite. I love the choir who sings and the music behind it, it really inspires to me to write stories and I hope it will be on a level as Final Fantasy some day. With the "Hymn of the Fayth" it really reminds me how I first saw Final Fantasy X and when I played it the first time. The choir is so good, that it really gives me an out-of-body experience.

Thanks so much for the invite.

1. I got into his music after I played FF7 when I was about ten. Ever since then I have been a fan.

2. I really like Cid's theme from FF7. I couldn't stop listening to it because it intrigued me so much. The song itself sounds very heroic and they always played it at just the right time so that's probaly why it is my favorite, but of course I have many other favorites.

How I got into FF music
Got into Final Fantasy music when I played Final Fantay 8, then I wanted to hear what the music was like in FF7, so I played that, then I couldn't wait for more of Uematsu's music.

My favorite track
Mine would have to be To Zanarkand, A piano solo track that begins the album, it is almost certainly one of Uematsu's best pieces in recent years.

1) Like most, Final Fantasy VII.
2) The Chocobo theme. It's just so...jumpy.

1)
All startet with FF VII and developed slowly. the music got more and more of my attention.
2)
Pretty hard to name just one Song. Since i really love the Symphonic Suite i think i choose the Final Fantasy Theme (Main Theme).

1)For me it was like most people in here, i started listening to his music when i first played FFVII.
2)It hard for me to choose just one, but if i have to them i'll choose Beyond the Wasteland from FFVII:AC, I like it because the intro to the song is awesome, plus it packs alot of bass, and i like how he used the instruments in the later half of the song.

Sorry for the late reply but i've been gone for the whole summer, working really hard to make some money, anyways i'm back and i'm here to stay
