Are there any specific guidelines when uploading music? I see most of the radio is made up of intro and ending songs, and there aren't many songs from the original soundtrack itself (you know, the ones that play on the background). Are these allowed? If yes, I'd like upload access. =)

Yes, BGM is okay. In general:
- Full length versions only, not TV-size or TV-edit (especially OP/ED)
- Files to be named according the the format on the upload page
- max filesize is about 5859KB
- minimum bitrate 128kbps
- please don't upload songs that we already have. ;b
