^nat
After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

I dont mean to overstep my boundries or misunderstand or undermind the meaning and purpose of this group....disclaimer being said lol. every clan or pack of werewolves(lukoi or lycanthropes) i have ever encountered had there own name so lets see some ideas. meaning behind the name is important so give that too please. most are nature bound names and can be in any tounge. my suggestion is Silva Lupinus clan ( the forest wolfs clan) dunno seems good.

I think this group was formed as a sister of the Twilighters. For those of us that were not fully into Twilight, but were into werewolves.
So how about: Convoco Crepusculum clan (the assembled twilight clan).

no this group was not made as a "sister group to Twilighters" , and i really don't want it to seem that way either, yes we talk about the werewolves from Twilight, but i want people in this group to be able to talk about anything werewolf related. and if most of them would rather talk about Twilights werewovles then thats okay.but there is much more to it.

Okay then how about we call ourselves the "Flickering Wolves" (from the sound of turning book pages, and the old movie theater projector reels, that gave movies the slang name, "flicks"). And we adopt the group motto: Lupus sui generis - it means A wolf by my own right.

Okay, I get that so lets review. What kind of wolves and werewolves are we? I'm a little Tex Avery, and I definitely think that Oz was a cool werewolf, I liked Gingers style in the Ginger Snaps movies. I love the classic Lon Chaney, Jr. werewolves; and the Jack Nickolson werewolf of, Wolf.

I don't like the silly werewolf types of movies like Michael J. Fox's, Teen Wolf. I'm not the evil wolf of movies like, The Howling. I'm a good wolf with just a tiny bit of mischief in his heart, and I like to see good prevail over evil; even if it means I'll get shot with the silver bullet ( Silver Bullet is another good kid friendly werewolf move I might add). So what kind of name does that add up too?

Everyone needs to say what kind of wolf they see themselves as. Then we will be able to come up with a more fitting pack name. Remember we have passed on: Forrest Wolves, Twilight Wolves, and Flick Wolves.

What kind of wolves are we?

Oh, one more try at a name. How about, Anime Lupines (I'm just testing this as a trial balloon. I'm not that fond of it. It just occurred as I was closing)?

I think there are too many different types of wolf people here. Honestly I don't know if you guys will ever be able to agree on a name. Is a pack name really a necessity?

No, it is not necessary, but it just feels right and like a mark of distinction and fun. The idea has appeal. Like Alister said all notable packs seem to have a name. In this case it's a little like having a baby, and choosing a name. It's a way of owning our group. Let's name this baby.

Hmm...our baby...what shall be the name?...I've liked all the names given...I dont remember if the wolves from "An American werewolf in London" had a name...

But I myself describe myself as those cute little cuddly werewolves...if theres any out there that fit this description. lol

Sorry Lola, but we'll have to use english as a descriptive for those traits. My latin is not that complete, and the closest word I have in my vocabulary for, "cute" is pulcher which translates as beautiful. Lukous pulcher which would translate as something like, "a beautiful werewolf." Latin does not have a suffix like the spanish -ita (lobacita = lobo + cita) that will get you there.
