RPG: Giants In The Ocean

So, here we are again my friends! 
FIrst, I would like to thank everyone that participated in the first RPG. I had alot of fun and hope everyone that was in it did as well. But now, it's time to move on and begin our next Saga here in the Soul Society Group!
Before we begin I'd like to go over some rules quickly once more, just as I did in the first one. Only this time there are some slight changes.
Rules/Guidelines:
~No one is invincible: Meaning, all Shinigami, Lieutenants, Captains and even the Spirit King are not immortal. Remember our characters can still die. If you wish for your character to go out fighting, then hell, he/she can go out fighting! If your character is in combat with another member's character, please do not just kill one another without discussing it first. That would be unfair and it might not be what the other member intends on doing.
~Reiatsu: Remember, certain attacks, kido, etc drains more reiatsu. Everyone did a good job showing this during combat in the past RPG so there shouldn't be a need to go over it more. Obviously, Captains can do alot more then normal Shinigami so fight accordingly.
~Many of the NPC names you will see in this RPG are actual characters from my manga that I'm currently writing still. If you use them, your dead.

It has been nine years since the assignment of a new Commander-General was ordered by Center 46. Quickly jumping on his “high horse” after taking the role, Mitsuharu Shigekazu-Sotaicho practically began running the Gotei-13 as a dictatorship. It has also been nine years since former Sotaicho, Nishihara Koji had disappeared and although he was gone the acts he had done for all of Soul Society will be remembred. Despite the former Sotaicho's acts of heroism, Mitsuharu-Sotaicho has forbiddin anything about him to be spoken. Anyone who did mention his name was dealt with accordingly. As for the other Divisions, nothing had changed besides new Shinigami joining the ranks their respective Squads.

Slowly the sun peeked through the clouds as morning came. It was a cool brisk morning, the start of a good day. A few Hellbutterflies scattered across Soul Society towards each Squads sections.
Yawning and stretching his arms Tyson flopped up from his bed. With tired eyes he glanced over to the right and saw the butterfly resting on the window ledge.
“Not..(yawn)..again.” He mumbled as he went to lie back down.
“Not again!” Shouted Koharu as she whacked him with a pillow.
“Waah!” Tyson yelled as he went tumbling off the bed. “You know you still treat me like your Lieutenant sometimes?” He said in a muffled voice under his comforters.
“Well, stop acting like one!” Shouted Koharu.
“I’m up, I’m up.” He said, jumping up.
It was amazing to see how much they’ve grown over the past nine years.
"Come on Tyson~kun, we need to get going already! Your going to make us late again for the Captains Meeting!"
Screamed Koharu.
"Well..you didn't have to get me first ya' know?" Tyson grumbled.
Glaring at Tyson, Koharu crossed her arms.
"Okay! Okay! I'm ready!" He said as they both dashed out of the room.

It was late morning when all the Captains had finally gathered at 1st Division Meeting Hall. They were greeted by Luietenant Nico, who welcomed them kindly.
"Welcome Captain Koharu, and Captain Tyson. The others have been waiting for your arrival." She said.
Koharu gave Tyson another glare.
"How are you doing Nico-kun?" Asked Koharu softly.
"I am doing quite well, Captain, thank you." Nico said bowing respectivly.
Stepping passed her, Tyson patted Nico's shoulder. The three of them have been friends for quite sometime now. And they both knew that with the disappearance of Nishihara, she wasn't doing well. In fact, earlier in the year it was announced that Mitsuharu and her were to be married. It didn't sit well with Koharu and Tyson though, they knew something wasn't exactly right about that situation.
But for the time being, it was still set for a couple months away. For now, they had the Meeting to attend to.

Mitsuharu-Sotaicho stood roughly 6'4ft, with short brown hair and broad shoulders. He generally had a egotistical attitude, that "I'm better then you" tone in his voice. When it came to dealing with situations in and outside of Soul Society, he was generally quick to react, more so fight.
Inside the meeting hall Mitsuharu-Sotaicho stood at the front of the room with his arms folded behind his back. His Liuetenant and soon to be wife, Nico, stood just beside him.
Tyson and Koharu were the last ones to arrive at the meeting so they both rushed in and bowed when they stood at their respective spots.
(Clears throat) "Nice of you two to join us this morning." Mitsuharu said in a rude tone.
"Sorry, Mitsuharu-Sotaicho, Tyson had over slept and-" Koharu began.
"There no reason for you to apologize for the same thing over and over again, Captain Koharu. Let it not happen again."
"Yes sir." Koharu and Tyson said in unision.
Mitsuhara motioned to Nico as he extended his hand. She quietly handed him a packet of papers and took a step back.
"Due to the current and unfortunate loss of 5th Division's Luietenant, today I will be assigning a new one.
This was new information to Captain Hinamori and she was shocked to hear a new Luietenant would be assigned so soon.
"And who, would that be if I may ask, Sotaicho?" She said softly.
Flipping through the paper work quickly. "Ah, here it is. It seems he was once a member of the Gotei-13 and a part of your Squad, Captain Kurotshuchi." He said, looking to Mayuri.
"Hm.." Tapping his chin. "Perhaps you are referring to, Kouta, Mitsuhara-Sotaicho?" Mayuri said in an eager tone.
"That is correct. As of this evening he will be 5th Divison's new Luietenant." He stated.
"As for the rest of the day, continue on with your daily orders." Mitsuharu continued before turning his back and leaving the room.
Nico took a few steps forward and bowed. "Thank you for all coming this morning, have a good day!" She said, before following her future husband.

All captains left accordingly from the meeting room.
Tyson and Koharu left 1st squad chambers as they headed towards their own squad's.
Tyson: Tsk, we lose someone and they replace them in no time. Don't they have respect?
Koharu: Hush! It is true that they replace them very fast, but that boy they promoted is something.
Tyson: Oh yeah? Then how come I've never heard of him before?
Koharu: Well, for starters, you weren't Taicho when he was in the Gotei 13.
Tyson: "Was?"
Why did he left?
Koharu: He didn't left, he died in combat and somehow reincarnated in his own body again in Rukongai with all his memory intact, and then he had to go through all the academy again.
Tyson: Bizzare o.o
Koharu: Indeed, that's why I said that he's something, aside from that he was the top student in the academy.
Tyson: I see, I was always a mediocre one
Koharu: I know, that's why I picked you up for 2nd squad, and look at you now.
Tyson: *smirks* yeah, you truly are an amazing Taicho.
Koharu smirked as they reached the split road in which they separated in.
Koharu: Well, off I go, don't forget to do all the new paperwork!
Tyson: Yeah yeah, I know
Koharu left as Tyson continued towards his squad.
After a while he arrived to 6th squad and saw his Fuku Taicho sparring with some of the new members of 6th squad.
At the moment she was sparring with ziraki, a top rookie with high grades on every material, a well balanced warrior.
They were both going equal at it, despite the difference in rank.
Suddenly Christine let out a yell and got on her knees.
Christine: Look what you did to my pweety hand you big meanie!
Ziraki:
I'm- I'm sorry Fuku Taicho.
He got close to see what he did to her when suddenly she came with a sneaky kick right in Ziraki's stomach that sent him crashing to the wall.
Christine: Yayz!!! You're out of the arena, so I win!!!
Ziraki: N-n-not f-f-fair
The poor Ziraki got fooled by the sly Christine who was as energetic as always.
Tyson smirked and continued towards his office to do those darn annoying paperworks he had begun to despite.
He sat down in his chair, and began to fill and sort them up.

Will slowly got to his feet scratching his head in a habitual way, he looked around dazed for a few moments recollecting what had happened, oh that's right Will's kindhearted Lieutenant decided to throw a party for him to celebrate his 5th year anniversary of joining the Gotei 13.
Will let out a sigh and thought to himself she's not meant for the battlefield I wonder what tempted her to take this dangerous route in the first place? Will always thought this way he was somewhat pessimistic at the most times and wasn't exactly a team player.
He stayed on because his ambition to become known as the best kept him at it, he originally joined in order to be able to be close to the Captain's the elite of Soul society and in his minds eye the perfect role models.
Will slowly got to his feet and headed towards the training halls, it was time to shake off the fatigue from lack of sleep and begin his routine training. He hoped that his title of "Crimson" would never be stripped from him, he gained this title from countless battles with hollows always somehow ending up covered in there blood hence his name.
Just when Will reached for his door a soft voice spoke behind him, "Will-kun up so early in the morning?" Will slowly turned around, he knew this voice, it was none other than Susana-fuku taicho, "Why good morning Lieutenant" Will said with a quick bow in her direction. "Will-kun there's no need for formalities but getting up so early in the morning and training can't be good for you" replied the lieutenant with a look of unease in her eyes.
"If I don't keep up this training I'll never be able to reach the top" Will answered with a hint of steel in his voice, with this said and done he went off to the training halls with more determination than ever. Before he left he heard a hint of a sigh behind him.

"Afternoon already?" Nico-Fuku Taicho commented as she entered Mitsuhara's Office.
"What was that darling?" He said leaning back in his chair, resting his elbow on the chair's arm.
"Oh...nothing Mitsuhara-sama...the meeting took longer then I thought it would." She said hesitantly.
"No thanks to Captain Tyson and Koharu. Tsk!" He grumbled.
Nico remained quiet. At most times she felt uncomfortable around Mitsuhara-Sotaicho, even intimidated. He wasn't the kind man Nishihara was in any way.
(Sigh) Mitsuhara let out a slight sigh before closing his eyes for a moment.
"If you'll excuse me..dear, I have my afternoon route in the Living World today. I should be going." Nico said in a quiet tone.
"Alright darling, becareful." He said, with his eyes closed still.
Quietly Nico-chan exited Mitsuhara's Office and departed from 1st Squads building.

It was partically pitch-black in the room. The sun was barely peeking through the entrance. Speckles of dust floated gently in the air as if nothing had been in the room for ages.
(Deep breath) Whoosh The shine of a blade cut threw the air. Slow movements could be heard throughout the room along with the swing of a blade, but nothing could be seen.
Shnk The sound of the blade entering it's sheath could be heard, then there was nothing but silence.
"Afternoon already?" Nico-Fuku Taicho commented as she entered Mitsuhara's Office.
"What was that darling?" He said leaning back in his chair, resting his elbow on the chair's arm.
"Oh...nothing Mitsuhara-sama...the meeting took longer then I thought it would." She said hesitantly.

Tyson kept at it for about 6 straight hours without taking a break, when suddenly a hand was placed in his right shoulder.
Tyson got up and said:
Tyson: *sigh* Christine, how many times do I have t-
Tyson suddenly stopped talking, as he noticed that the person who placed it's hand in his shoulder wasn't Christine, nor a shinigami.
Tyson: H-H-How did you get in here?!
?: *laughs* Well ... that's for you to find out, brother.
Somehow the now #2 Espada and Tyson's brother, managed to get into Seireitei without anyone knowing of it.
Tyler: Just look at you, you have grown a lot since we last saw each other, Tyson Taicho.
Tyson was shaking, he couldn't believe what he was seeing, it felt like his bones were about to snap from the pressure of Tyler's reiatsu.
Tyson: I don't know how you got here *grabs his zanpakutou* but I won't let you go any farther.
Tyler: *smirks* is that so? ... well then *grabs his zanpakutou* show me how much you've improved, little brother.
Tyson: I AM NOT YOU BROTHER ANYMORE!!!
Tyson unsheathed his zanpakutou as he flash stepped towards Tyler and clashed blades with him pushing him backwards and destroying all the office and part of 6th squad's corridors.
They both ended up outside. Tyson charged once again, vanishing from sight and appearing in Tyler's side, he attacked towards Tyler's torso but the espada blocked easily with his zanpakutou, Tyson then circled the blades around and pushed the espada backwards making him spin around.
When Tyler got back his composure, Tyson was nowhere to be seen.
Suddenly he appeared from behind Tyler and attacked with slash attack from the top.
Tyler grabbed Tyson's zanpakutou with his bare hand without looking backwards.
Tyson got shocked for a moment as Tyler looked back and said:
Tyler: Don't tell me that's all you got.
Tyler pulled Tyson towards him from his zanpakutou and hit him with a spinning elbow in his cheek.
Tyson went down crashing in the ground hard.
As Tyson was trying to get back on his feet, he heard crack sounds coming from his legs and hands, he then realized that is bones were shattered, Tyler appeared in front of him.
Tyson looked up to him as Tyler kicked Tyson's zanpakutou away and pulled Tyson up from his kimono.
Tyson was so injured he couldn't do a thing.
Tyler: You're so pathetic, you don't stand a chance against your own brother now.
As Tyler said that Tyson raised his hand slowly and started to cast a kido.
Tyler: *evil smirk*
Tyler punched Tyson in his face and tossed him to the ground.
Tyler: You're still not ready to face me. Here's a souvenir for you to remind you of me.
As Tyler said that he raised his zanpakutou up as Tyson's eyes widened, Tyler slashed Tyson's face letting a pile of blood to land on the ground.
Tyson yelled in pain as he reached for his right eye, all he could see was his hand showered in blood as he continued to press onto his right eye.
Tyler: There, that one is "permanent" and I can assure you it will remind you of our little meeting today.
Tyson looked at Tyler with hate as he said:
Tyson: You better kill me now, cause I swear that if we meet again, I WILL KILL YOU!!!
Tyler: Hmm ... you know what? You're right.
As Tyler said that he got his hand up and said:
Tyler: CERO!
A huge red beam of reiastu came out from Tyler's hand and heading straight to Tyson.
Tyson looked at it and then he closed his eyes. Tyson yelled in pain as his body started to disintegrate from the blast until he was no more.

Suddenly Tyson got up all covered in sweat, he was still in his office, he just fell asleep for a moment.
Tyson: Man, what a dream.
As he said that, he felt a warm liquid running down his face.
He went to look at his face on a mirror and got shocked as he saw a fresh made scar on his right eye dripping blood.
He then remembered Tyler's words:
Tyler: There, that one is "permanent" and I can assure you it will remind you of our little meeting today.
Tyson grabbed a blanket as he placed it in his right eye.
Tyson: Tyler, just what the hell have you become?
Tyson got up and said:

Tyson: I don't know how you got here *grabs his zanpakutou* but I won't let you go any farther.
Tyler: *smirks* is that so? ... well then *grabs his zanpakutou* show me how much you've improved, little brother.
Tyson: I AM NOT YOU BROTHER ANYMORE!!!
Tyson unsheathed his zanpakutou as he flash stepped towards Tyler and clashed blades with him pushing him backwards and destroying all the office and part of 6th squad's corridors.
They both ended up outside. Tyson charged once again, vanishing from sight and appearing in Tyler's side, he attacked towards Tyler's torso but the espada blocked easily with his zanpakutou, Tyson then circled the blades around and pushed the espada backwards making him spin around.
When Tyler got back his composure, Tyson was nowhere to be seen.
Suddenly he appeared from behind Tyler and attacked with slash attack from the top.
Tyler grabbed Tyson's zanpakutou with his bare hand without looking backwards.
Tyson got shocked for a moment as Tyler looked back and said:
Tyler: Don't tell me that's all you got.
Tyler pulled Tyson towards him from his zanpakutou and hit him with a spinning elbow in his cheek.
Tyson went down crashing in the ground hard.
As Tyson was trying to get back on his feet, he heard crack sounds coming from his legs and hands, he then realized that is bones were shattered, Tyler appeared in front of him.
Tyson looked up to him as Tyler kicked Tyson's zanpakutou away and pulled Tyson up from his kimono.
Tyson was so injured he couldn't do a thing.
Tyler: You're so pathetic, you don't stand a chance against your own brother now.
As Tyler said that Tyson raised his hand slowly and started to cast a kido.
Tyler: *evil smirk*
Tyler punched Tyson in his face and tossed him to the ground.
Tyler: You're still not ready to face me. Here's a souvenir for you to remind you of me.
As Tyler said that he raised his zanpakutou up as Tyson's eyes widened, Tyler slashed Tyson's face letting a pile of blood to land on the ground.
Tyson yelled in pain as he reached for his right eye, all he could see was his hand showered in blood as he continued to press onto his right eye.
Tyler: There, that one is "permanent" and I can assure you it will remind you of our little meeting today.
Tyson looked at Tyler with hate as he said:
Tyson: You better kill me now, cause I swear that if we meet again, I WILL KILL YOU!!!
Tyler: Hmm ... you know what? You're right.
As Tyler said that he got his hand up and said:
Tyler: CERO!
A huge red beam of reiastu came out from Tyler's hand and heading straight to Tyson.
Tyson looked at it and then he closed his eyes. Tyson yelled in pain as his body started to disintegrate from the blast until he was no more.

Suddenly Tyson got up all covered in sweat, he was still in his office, he just fell asleep for a moment.
Tyson: Man, what a dream.
As he said that, he felt a warm liquid running down his face.
He went to look at his face on a mirror and got shocked as he saw a fresh made scar on his right eye dripping blood.
He then remembered Tyler's words:
Tyler: There, that one is "permanent" and I can assure you it will remind you of our little meeting today.
Tyson grabbed a blanket as he placed it in his right eye.
Tyson: Tyler, just what the hell have you become?

"Here you go, sir." said the waitress placing his order on the table.
"Ahh...smells delicious. Thank you." Kouta said eagerly while snapping a pair of chopsticks ready to dig in. The smell of the sizzling rib-eye strips on a steamy heaping of sushi rice with the enticing aroma of the sweet-and-sour vinegar seasoned with crushed chilli pepper was heavenly.
"I thought I'd find you here." said a voice from behind. Captain Hinamori walked up to the table.
"Kwaptain," managed Kouta with a mouth full of rice. He gulped hard and tried to stand up immediately. His legs caught the underneath of the table almost tipping it over yet causing him to fall back in his seat.
Captain Hinamori laughed and took a seat across from him. "It's ok. You can sit."
"My apologies Captain." He said quickly. "Before I forget I've got that paperwork from this morning. I had it here..." Kouta looked frantically around his surroundings.
The Captain smiled . "No, really Kouta. It's ok. We can deal with that later."
"Er, yea."
Momo looked at him with a quizical look. "You seem nervous. Is everything alright with my lieutenant?"
Taking a deep breathe he scratched his head. "Yea, I'm just still getting used to all the added work and stuff."
"You're doing great, don't worry about." said the Captain. Her nose twitched as it picked up the savory scent of Kouta's food.
Though not as bad as feared, Kouta was relieved to have completed his Academy training...for the second time. The six months spent were grueling yet it was widely better than going through the entire six year process. After having "graduated" - even if it was all a technicality - he was re-instated and moved back into his old squad. At that point Captain Kurotsuchi had lost all interest in Kouta as a prospective science project and didn't bother to pay him much attention. With no possibility of moving up in rank while still there, he transferred over to Squad 9 under Captain Nanao a year later. Advancing to within officer ranking, he transferred to Squad 5 several years later where the chance of attaining a seat was greatest. The loss of the lieutenant several weeks ago while on a mission was tragic. Squad 5 ran smoothly under the lieutenant's guidance and Captain Hinamori's leadership. Kouta found himself filling a big role.
It was surprising enough that he was chosen as it would have certainly been more common practice to advance the next highest seat per chance or having the respective Captain appoint a spot. Before the Lieutenant's death, Kouta had only placed a mere 11th Seat. The new Commander had taken it upon himself to do the new replacements. He was described by his do-or-die, no-nonsense persona. It was probably this that contributed to Kouta being able to attain such a high ranking. His prior record as a shinigami bolstered Squad 12's reputation in a seemingly brighter light than what they were known for. Back then his sole focus was the slaying of all hollows after the horrible event in his past. He had contributed a fair share to that realization though it brought about more pain and suffering for the one person closest to him.
Given that, the new Commander probably felt it best to have someone with that same action-oriented mentality. Unfortunately, he would certainly be disappointed to hear Kouta's change. Seemingly uncaring for his own well-being just for the fight and not really one to rely on others, Kouta since then regained his old sense of responsibility and leadership...though Tsukino would probably say otherwise.
"Hey, stop zoning out." said Captain Hinamori while poking Kouta on the forehead with a pair of chopsticks.
"Sorry." Kouta shook his head and snapped out of his daze. "Are...are you eating my lunch Captain?"

"These are to be delivered to the Shinigami Research Institute." said the Captain as she handed back Kouta a few folders. "It's the full report on the confiscated boxes of soul candy we found in the living world."
"Yes ma'am." Kouta took them and proceeded out of the office.
"Wait, you don't have to take them yourself."
Kouta shrugged. "It's my old squad. I'm feeling a bit nostalgic."

All the shinigami that were there stopped their training and looked shocked and confused.
Christine: Taicho-sama! Who did that to you?!
Tyson looked around for a while with a serious expression. He began to read all the present reiatsus to make sure that all were shinigami.
Christine: Ta-Taicho?
He then sheathed back his zanpakutou and turned around.
Tyson: Christine, I need to talk to you in private, come to my office.
Christine: Hai.
They then both headed to the office.
Ziraki: I wonder what happened to the Taicho

In the office, Tyson walked towards the window giving his back to the entrance to the office.
Christine entered the room and closed the door.
Christine: Taicho-sama, what happened to you? Why are you wounded?
Tyson: Christine, while I was doing the paperwork I fell asleep, and so I'm wondering, did anybody entered the office while I was doing the paperwork?
Christine: Eto ... I was sparring with the new recruits and wasn't paying attention if someone entered the office. Gomenasai Taicho-sama
Tyson: That's ok, no need for formalities.
Christine: But, none of us sensed any strange reiatsus that's for sure. But then how did you got wounded?
Tyson: That's the thing Christine, I don't know if it was done by someone physically or mentally.
Tyson then reached for his blanket and took it off his face. He then turned around, revealing the scar in his right eye.
Tyson: But whichever way it was, it is dangerous.
Christine's eyes widened as she saw the large bloody scar in her Taicho's face.
Christine: OMG TAICHO! We have to treat that wound, it looks bad I'll go get the first aid kit 
Christine went out like crazy to look for the first aid kit as Tyson smirked.
Tyson: You worry too much.
He then turned around again to look outside the window.
Tyson: Maybe Tyler somehow attained the ability to get inside someone's mind and thoughts, and ... since we have the same blood, he can get in mine easily
But I'll find a way to counter it, you'll see.
Christine: TAICHO!!! I'm back with the first aid kit!!!
Tyson: Oh man
Christine: Now, hold still, this will sting a bit.

The sun struggled to peak through the cracks in the entrance. The large room was covered in darkness as a figure stepped into the room. The patter of footsteps could be heard as the figure stepped into the center of the room. A bit of sunlight breaking through brightened the room in some areas, casting a shadow over the figure.
("Will of Heart" plays)
Whoosh The long haired figure began throwing punches in the air, training once again. Whoosh His fists cut through the air with incredible speed. Turning his upper body and lowering his head, he threw an elbow up then reversed his movements bringing himself into a tornado kick, his feet landing back on the floor forcefully as dust kicked out from under his feet.
Moving across the large room the figure squated down and grazed his hand across the floor - in search of something. His fingers gripped the metal handle and lifted the floorboard open. A bright light poured into the room as the figure jumped into the hole. The floorboard dropping back to the ground behind him.

"We've got to report this right away!" Said Lieutenant Nico.
"What's wrong? What was that thing Lieutenant?" Asked Ayane, not knowing what it was she was curious.
"That was a Gate to Hell." The Lieutenant repsonded.
"A Gate to Hell?! What was it doing there ju-" Ayane began.
"I'm not sure, Ayane. I can tell you one thing, they aren't supposed to just appear and do what just happened." Nico said as they finally arrived to their extraction point.
Nico flipped on her comm.device. "This is Luietenant Nico of the 1st Division requesting an exit at these coordinates."
A voice crackled over the device. "One moment Luietenant." A few seconds went by as the two female shinigami waited. "Here's your exit ma'am."
"Thank-you." Nico said as a door opened so they could return to Soul Society. "Let's go Ayane." Looking over her shoulder motioning for Ayane to go through first.
After Ayane jumped in Nico turned her back for a slight moment looking in the general direction she saw the Gate of Hell appearing then jumped through herself before the exit faded.

Mitsuharu-Sotaicho was in the Library with Ukitake-Taicho. They were both searching through piles upon piles of books.
"What exactly did you need my help for Sotaicho?" Questioned Ukitake.
"I'd like to see all the research done on our old friend." The Commander responded.
"Are you referring to-"
"Correct."
Distracted reading another book, Ukitake closed it and sighed quietly to himself. It's been nine years since he left. Does he bother you that much still Sotaicho? Standing he moved to another section in the library and removed a thick book from the self.
"Here is a book that's documeted most of the information we obtained of our...previous Sotaicho's, Sotaicho." Ukitake stated.
The large book landed on the table with a thud. A wide smirk appeared on Mitsuhara's face. "Excellent."

While many things were happening around Seireitei like it should be. One particular shinigami, sleeping out in the forest on one of the trees, was just laying there being lazy. This shinigami is known as Kenny.
“Harrrr!” “Hyaa!” “Harrrr!” were the sounds that he could hear all the way in the forest.
Kenny: *sigh* “are they STILL training?! Can’t someone skip class peacefully?”
*He gets up*
Kenny: Guess I need a new location to hide out.
Just as he was about to flash step out of there the branch beneath his foot brakes and he falls all the way down onto the ground… head first. As he gets up he notices someone standing next to him.
?: skipping class again? That’s not a good habit y’know.

An emergancy Captain's meeting was called by sunset as Hellbutterflies scattered across the Serietei to summon all the Captains.
Quickly, the Captains all arrived within the halls of 1st Division's building.
Captain Hitsugaya along with Captain Hinamoro were acompanied by their Liuetenants ran into Captain Tyson as he arrived from finishing his training.
"What's going on?" Tyson asked.
Walking infront of Tyson, Hitsugaya glanced over his shoulder. "It appears we have a to dicuss something reported by Luietenant Nico.
"I wonder what's going on... Tyson commented to himself.
Mitsuhara-Sotaicho was standing at the front of the room as always with Nico just behind him.
"Thank you all for arriving on such short notice." He said with his usual arrogant tone.
("Creeping Shadows" plays)
"Luietenant Nico witnessed earlier this afternoon what appeared to be a Gate to Hell attempting to appear before her eyes." The Commander continued.
...
Moments went by as the Commander explained the situation.
"How is that possible? Unless a Hollow w-" Hitsugaya began to say.
"I'm suprised with your intellect, Captain, you have not already figured that out." Mayuri exclaimed tapping a finger against his chin.
"What I'm trying to say is, someone or something is trying to leave Hell." Mayuri cotinued. His eyes widening.
"That is correct, Captain." Stated Mitsuhara.
"The situation has already been sent to Center 46 and for the time being our security level will be raised to 'orange'. All patrols are to be increased throughout your sectors. Report anything unusual in the Living World, we must do whatever we can to keep those Gates opening." He ordered. "Captain Kurotshuchi, if you will, monitor the area surrounding the coordinates given by Luietenant Nico."
"As you wish, Commander." Said Mayuri in a sly tone befoer turning around and leaving abruptly, as always.

Walking infront of Tyson, Hitsugaya glanced over his shoulder. "It appears we have a to dicuss something reported by Luietenant Nico.
"I wonder what's going on... Tyson commented to himself.
Mitsuhara-Sotaicho was standing at the front of the room as always with Nico just behind him.
"Thank you all for arriving on such short notice." He said with his usual arrogant tone.

"Luietenant Nico witnessed earlier this afternoon what appeared to be a Gate to Hell attempting to appear before her eyes." The Commander continued.

Moments went by as the Commander explained the situation.
"How is that possible? Unless a Hollow w-" Hitsugaya began to say.
"I'm suprised with your intellect, Captain, you have not already figured that out." Mayuri exclaimed tapping a finger against his chin.
"What I'm trying to say is, someone or something is trying to leave Hell." Mayuri cotinued. His eyes widening.
"That is correct, Captain." Stated Mitsuhara.
"The situation has already been sent to Center 46 and for the time being our security level will be raised to 'orange'. All patrols are to be increased throughout your sectors. Report anything unusual in the Living World, we must do whatever we can to keep those Gates opening." He ordered. "Captain Kurotshuchi, if you will, monitor the area surrounding the coordinates given by Luietenant Nico."
"As you wish, Commander." Said Mayuri in a sly tone befoer turning around and leaving abruptly, as always.

Will practiced his strokes diligently uppercut- dodge- feint to the left stab through the middle followed by a series of complicated sword and body movements, Will knew that training alone and battles on the field were completely different so he tried to envision an enemy constantly fighting him on equal or better terms.
After wiping the sweat from his face Will closed his eyes to see if there was anything wrong, even without his instinct Will knew something was wrong, being in the 7th squad the training halls were parallel to each other.
Will walked across hurriedly and opened a door, the whole hall was clogged with members of the 6th squad, Will didn't want to add to the chaos so he grabbed a nearby 6th squad member and questioned him.
"What's with all this ruckus?" It's like the Espada have declared war on us or something ... the member looked a little shocked and being grabbed from behind but quickly regained his demeanor and answered in an orderly fashion, "It seems Tyson-taicho has been severely wounded, it would take something like the Espada to do something like this to him.
Will walked off absentmindedly this was odd indeed, Tyson-taicho was one of his most respected Captain's he never would have thought even the Espada could do that to him, and it was strange that Will could not sense any malicious auras at that time out all. Strange ... the other taichos were getting worked up over this as well something was going on in Soul society and Will was determined to find out what.
Will suddenly came back to reality and looked around him, he heard the sounds of zanpakuto's nearby it must be the new recruits training he thought, he walked over and nearly tripped on a laid back Shinigami lying on the floor.
Will was about to scold this young recruit but bit back a retort upon seeing his face. "skipping class again? That’s not a good habit y’know" Will replied with a stern look on his face.
Kenny nearly got a heart attack from the look on his face, "Will-kun I didn't see you there", Kenny and Will had been friends from far back, although at first they were competitors after the title of #1 fresh recruit from Soul society after graduation though they paths slightly diverged, Will followed the path to power by fueling his ambitions with the thoughts of one day becoming captain and worked his way up to 3rd seat of his squad. Kenny being the laid back person he was decided 4th seat would suit his needs and gave up the fight over #1 new recruit with Will.
Although Will was a little disappointed at the prospect of losing competition he accepted Kenny for who he was. "So Kenny a lot of weird things are happening around Soul society, I think it's time we had a little visit to down town, what do you say?" Kenny let out a sigh but quickly sucked it back in seeing the look on Will's face, "sure I was getting bored here anyway", Will and Kenny headed off to their destinies but little did they know it.

"Right away Lieutenant Kouta." The soul reaper took the folders and proceeded to drop them off at Captain Mayuri's desk.
The Shinigami Research Institute looked, rather smelled, the same as always. Pipes lining the ceiling persisted everywhere. Down every hall, whisps of smoke leaked out from underneath the doors.
Kouta smirked than laughed. "Strangely enough it feels like home." He turned around and was about to leave just when the Lieutenant of Squad 12 walked in. Nemu's constant expressionless expression made her a hard person to read.
"Lieutenant Nemu. It's been a while. How are you?"
Nemu stared at him for a moment then bowed. "Yes it has. I've been well. Thank you for asking."
Smiling, Kouta nodded towards the insignia on his left shoulder. "I...uh...kinda moved up a little."
"My apologies Lieutenant." She replied. "Congratulations."
"It's nothing really." said Kouta quickly. "Er...where's Captain Kurotsuchi? Probably preoccupied with his research?"
Nemu nodded. "He's been very busy lately. Much more than usual."
A chill crept up his spine. From his experience as a former officer of Squad 12, an increase in the Captain's occupation with research was often a bad sign for everyone else in the squad.
"Is everything alright?" asked Nemu noting that Kouta had become unresponsive and was staring off into the distance.
Messing up his hair, he snapped out of the daze. Damn, that makes it twice today. "I'm fine. There's just a lot to do that my head can't keep up."
Her eyes fell on the glint of the ring on Kouta's finger while he scratched his head. "How's Tsukino? I hope you're both doing well."
"Well, it's the same as always." He laughed. "We act more like siblings than an actual couple."
"I thought I'd find you here." said a voice from behind. "Whose that you're talking to?" The lieutenants both turned around. Standing at the entrance was a trim young girl with light blue hair. She had her hands on her hips and was scowling at Kouta.
"...Asuka..." "How many times do I have to tell you-"
"How many times do I have to catch you flirting with other girls?! You just wait 'til I tell Tsukino about this." Asuka exclaimed drowning out what Kouta was about to say.
"Hold on. I wasn't doing anything like that. This is Lieutenant Nemu of Squad 12, show some-"
"Oh! So now that you're a lieutenant you think you can move up your options?" Asuka claimed once more cutting Kouta off in mid sentence. "Whose next? The Captain?!"
"Will you stop interrupting me?! I'm your lieu-"
"Since when? I never said I recognized you as my superior!"
The two started yelling at each other which caught the attention of everyone in the room and outside.
"Apologize to the Lieutenant!" ordered Kouta.
"Why? I did nothing wrong." replied Asuka defiantly.
"Do it!"
"Don't tell me what to do!"
Kouta smacked his forehead. "I'm sorry Nemu. She can get very childish most of the time."
"Uh! Look who's talking?!" yelled Asuka as she started kicking him.
"It's alright." replied Nemu. "Thank you for coming by."
"Any...time...I'll...see you...around (STOP BITING ME!)" Kouta laughed hesitantly while walking out of the building with a kicking and screaming Asuka thrown over his shoulder.
Half way back to their Division building Kouta let Asuka go. She dusted herself off and fixed her uniform then beamed at him.
"What? Did I ruin your moment?" She said teasingly.
"I told you already that-" He started.
"Yea, yea. I know already. I just like messing with ya." Asuka flicked her wrist. "I've got orders to carry out. See you later Lieutenant." She said before running off.
"That...girl..."
A hell butterfly quietly glided onto Kouta's shoulder. "A message?"

Captain Hinamori followed by her Lieutenant proceeded back to the office. The emergency meeting they had just attended was nothing short of surprising. Dealing with Hueco Mundo was one thing yet Hell was another place entirely.
"Interesting meeting huh?" asked Kouta. He could tell that she was worried.
"I don't really know what to say about it. We've never had this kind of problem before." She replied in a serious tone.
"It's strange I agree."
"Very strange." replied the Captain. "Proceed with the orders and have more patrols sent out round the clock."
"Right away." said Kouta.
"And get some rest. You look tired and I don't want my lieutenant zoning out anymore." said the Captain lightly.
"Err...right away." Kouta blinked.
