Ziraki wasn’t in the around when the former commander general was in command so he had no idea who he was or why he was exiled and why was he being executed? All these questions with no answers Ziraki decided to wait for Tyson-taichos orders on the madder whatever this orders are I will fallow them he said to himself.

For now he headed to the hospital to see if tide was ok Ziraki had herd that tide had been injured.

Ziraki: tide is you ok I heard you had a fight with a gate keeper.

Tide: Yah I kicked his a*s!

Ziraki: yah that’s what I heard but it looks like you drained all of your spiritual energy.

Tide: I’ll be fine all I need is some rest.

With that Ziraki said buy to tide and headed back to the squad 6 barracks wondering what Tyson-taichos orders would be.

When did tide fight a keeper? O_O

After a full recovery from the medical center Kenny decides to go outside for some fresh air. Stretching his arms following a big yawn he sees lieutenant Susana walk by.

Kenny: Hey.

Susana: Oh. So you have fully recover? ^^

Kenny: Yes. Whats up? You look busy.

Susana: Ah well you see.

Susana explains the situation regarding former commander Nis.

Kenny: Ah I see. But didn't he help get rid of a few... what you you call them again? Keepers? They sure are exetuting him pretty quickly for helping us.

Susana: Hmm yeah now that you think about it. It does seem strange. But still... order are orders. Anyways I need to get ready to go to the execution grounds. All captains and lieutenants need to attend you see.

Kenny: Oh? Ok Bye then.

Susana heads off. Now that Kenny is fully heal he heads off to see his Captain, Ukitake, to find out what happened to the creature that attacked him and effectively hoping it got its *ss wooped.

"Excuse me! Sorry!" called back Asuka to the nurse that she almost crashed into while running down the hallway.

She rushed into the patient room. "Kouta?!" Asuka immediately stopped, and stared.

Tsukino was smiling and waving at her from the bed.

"Tsukino, you're alright!" exclaimed Asuka while rushing up and hugging her tightly.

"It's nice to see you to." replied Tsukino laughing. "How long has it been since I got here?"

Asuka sniffed and rubbed her eyes. "Um...not long at all. It's only been a day. I was so worried."

Tsukino touched the bandage on her forehead. "I'm feeling a lot better now."

"You must be hungry. I'll get you something to eat." insisted Asuka.

"It's alright. Kouta already went out. He'll be back." She replied.

Asuka's eyes widened. "I almost forgot. Where's Kouta?! It's an emergency."

"It's so sudden. I can't believe it." whispered one of the nurses.

The other nurse nodded. "I know. They won't even consider a trial or anything."

Kouta backed up and hid behind the corner listening in on the conversation.

"Did they really have to jump to execution so quickly? Even though it's been over 9yrs I still think they should alteast have a trial. I mean, what was Nishihara guilty of anyways? They never even told us." They continued talking amongst themselves.

Clenching his teeth, Kouta's grip tightened over the sandwich in his hand. He quietly proceeded back to the room.

"Argh! This is a complete nightmare!" yelled the officer irritated. "There's no way we can delay or stop the execution without fighting!"

"Watch yourself!" said another harshly. "What you just said right now could put you away for a long time."

Captain Hinamori sighed. "He's right though."

"What are you saying Captain?!"

"You didn't know the former Commander when you became a soul reaper but many of us did." She said while staring at the order notification placed in front of her on the desk. "No matter what he's guilty of, it still isn't right. This is completely unfair."

"But Captain." The officer hesitated. "Even...even if we try, who knows how many of the other squads would do the same, or if we'll succeed. It's crazy to even think about it!"

"I know that." She closed her eyes. "But still...we have to do something. I'm not going to stand by and watch this happen. I won't drag any of you into this if you don't want to be a part of it."

The officers looked around at each other. One of them stepped up and saluted. "I'm with you all the way Captain." One by one they all saluted.

The concerned officer, who earlier protested, looked around then sighed and saluted. "Ma'am, we'll do our best."

Captain Hinamori smiled. ""Thank you, all of you." She stood up from the desk. "What about Lieutenant Kouta?"

"Asuka hasn't returned with him yet Ma'am."

The Captain was silent for several moments thinking over her options. Only 6 more hrs until sunset. Do we have enough time?

"I managed to get some fruit, sandwiches, and...(munch) shtickee ryshe bunshz." Kouta walked into the room with his arms full of food and a bun in his mouth. "Asuka, what are you doing here?"

Asuka hopped off the edge of Tsukino's bed and rushed up. "It's urgent. The Captain needs you immediately."

"An emergency?" He placed all the food items onto a table. Tsukino was looking at him the entire time studying his expression and movements.

"You know already don't you?" said Tsukino softly. Asuka looked back and forth between the two.

Kouta paused for a second. "I...overheard some nurses talking earlier."

Both of them were quiet and looking away from each other. Asuka began to worry. "You don't have to do anything about it!"

He sighed and scratched his head.

Asuka stomped her foot. "You'll just get yourself killed! Be reasonable about this! Tell him Tsukino." She looked at Tsukino who was now looking back at her with a sad expression.

Tsukino shook her head, her eyes tearing. "I...I can't...because I would do the same."

"But...Tsukino...he'll die." Asuka fell to her knees in disbelief.

"I'm sorry. I have to go." Kouta turned and smiled at Tsukino. "I love you."

She smiled back, tears streaking down her cheeks. "Be careful."

He nodded and left the room.

Time: 5hrs 30mins to Sunset

Just as he left the Medical Station, Kouta was stopped by Lieutenant Aqua of Squad 4.

"Kouta!" said the Lieutenant as he rushed up. "Did you get the news? And the orders?"

"I did." He replied.

"...and?" inquired Aqua. "What are you going to do about it?"

He sighed and rested his hand on the hilt of his zanpakuto. "Gonna stop it. What else?"

Aqua started to laugh. "That's a relief."

Kouta looked at him quizzically. "Does Captain Unohana have anything in mind?"

"She does but I don't think it's going to work unless we enlist more Squads." He replied.

"I'm heading back. Tell Captain Unohana we'll do everything that we can." Kouta dusted his uniform.

"They're going to be monitoring any communications between Squads. Our best bet at keeping it quiet is using the underground system. We don't have much time though." He said quietly.

Kouta nodded. "I'll pass it on." He proceeded towards the Division 5 building.

Suddenly something pressed against the back of his knee causing him to stumble. "Well, if you can't be stopped you'll need me to save your stupid butt from getting killed." said an annoyed Asuka from behind.

Kouta smirked and followed her back.

Time: 3hrs 30mins to Sunset

All was quiet inside Nishihara's cell.

His head hung down as his hair covered the majority of his face. His arms were strained, still held up against the wall.

It was a sad sight to see a former Commander being held prisoner, but nothing could be done.

As the door opened at the end of the hallway with a loud creak, he slowly lifted his head. Footsteps could be heard of someone approaching the cell.

Six members of the Imperial Court, garbed completely in white with hoods covering their identies stood infront of the cell.

One stepped forward opening the cell. They all stepped in and closed the gate behind them. One gave a slight nod as they others continued forward to remove him from teh wall.

The clamps loosened slightly, when his arms began to fall to his side one of the guards forced his restraining pike into Nishihara's throat, forcing him back into the wall.

Nishihara grunted as his head slammed back against the wall as they all put more restraints on him. His arms, and neck were clamped again and when they were finished the guard holding the cord around his neck yanked on it, dragging Nishihara several feet into the middle of the cell until he rose to his feet. Quietly, the proceeded out of the cell.

Atop Soukyoku Hill, the current Commander was over-seeing preperations for the time being, until the execution.

His arms were folded behind his back as he looked out over the hill and down into the Serietei. A slight smirk on his face.

"Commander! The preperations are complete." An officer rushed up to him and said, after saluting.

"Excellent." The Commander replied without turning.

It was unfortunate to watch the former Commander be paraded around the Serietei like a dog. Many members of the Gotei-13 knew who he was and remembered the things he's done. Although many didn't like what was happening, there wasn't much they could do to stop it. Anyone who disagreed would face severe punishment as well. And no one wanted that.

Nishihara was given the white garbs issued to those who were to be executed. One of the guards, carried his old kimono and haori, neatly folded in his arms.

Shinigami throughout the Serietei lined up in the streets once news got out of the former Commander was being taken to Soukyoku Hill.

Nishihara kept his eyes on the ground as whispers reached his ears. When they approached the Hills staircase he looked up and recalled the last time he was even here.

Visions of the large Kidou Canon and the invasion the Espada attempted on Soul Society rushed through his mind.

All of his Captains and friends that were there with him when they entered Hueco Mundo. Tyson...Koharu...Ukitake, Shunsui...and especially Nico-chan.

The guards tugged on the chords and then continued up the long stair case.

As they headed up, Nishihara glanced off into the distance as a reflection caught his attention. It shimmered and disappeared, shimmered once more then was gone.

"What do you mean they're already moving him to Soukyoku Hill?" Questioned Rangiku, Lueitenant of the 10th Squad.

"Preperations were completed, it's time we headed there ourselves." Hitsugaya commented, adjusting his haori as he put Hyournimaru over his back.

"Unbelievable.." Rangiku mumbled following her Captain out of his office.

After ziraki left the room

tide*outside of the hospital*- damn im still not fully recovered but i need to fiend my taicho to know my new orders

"Do you think this plan is going to actually work?" asked the worried officer.

"It has to." Kouta said bluntly.

"It's the best that we can do on such short notice." Asuka pressed her face with her hands.

"Then it's settled." Captain Hinamori took a deep breathe and referred to the map laid out on the desk. "Members of Squad 5 will start causing disruptions on the far side of the Seireitei drawing attention. Remember, it's very important that you're not seen. Use the maps of the sewer system. Kouta and the Lieutenant of Division 4 will lure the other lieutenants away from the execution grounds while Squad 4 will immobilize the remaining guards around Soukyoku Hill."

Asuka bit her lip. And that's just the easy part.

Captain Hinamori's eyes narrowed on the map. "From there Captain Unohana and I will try to convince the other Captains to stop the execution. Let's hope they listen. If that fails, then..."

Kouta fixed his lieutenant's badge and smirked. "...It'll be a walk in the park."

"Ma'am, we should get back on duty or else they'll start suspecting something." said an officer who was looking at the clock.

"Just a little over three hours left." said Captain Momo. She fixed her haori. "You all have your assignments."

Everyone in the room saluted and left. Asuka closed her eyes and sighed. Kouta nudged her. "Thanks."

She looked at him. "Just...be careful." With a smile she followed the others.

Captain Hinamori prepped herself then proceeded out of the office followed by her lieutenant close behind.

The volunteered members of Squad 4 had already started loading their equipment down into the underground sewer system through an opening located within the Medical Station.

"Careful with that!" The officer dove forward and caught the small light green round bottom flask before it hit the ground.

"I'm so sorry." said the shinigami bowing repeatedly.

"It's ok." The officer sighed. "If this stuff hit the ground we'd all have been knocked unconscious for hours...even days."

"What is it?" asked the soul reaper.

The officer carefully placed the flask into the bag. "It's the more powerful version of the shinten. We mainly use it to knock out the more stubborn patients around here."

"Sir, the units from Squad 5 have arrived." reported another soul reaper who entered the room.

The officer took a deep breathe. "Alright folks. We don't have long to get to our positions! Let's hurry it up!"

Captain Mayuri prepared several of his gadgets before leaving the office. Lieutenant Nemu followed closely and quietly behind him.

"Nemu my dear," The Captain started. "Whatever that fool Kouta decides to do, assist him."

"Yes Captain." responded Nemu.

Mayuri twiddled his fingers together. "As a scientist, I cannot allow a prized research subject to be destroyed. If he were to die in a manner that leaves the body intact I could care less. Until that time comes he must not die yet."

"I understand Captain." replied Nemu as the two walked out of the Shinigami Research Facility and towards the execution grounds.

Ziraki headed back to the medical center to see if tide was fully recovered. When he entered the building there were lots of squad 5 members running around, he stopped one of them and asked what was going on the squad 5 member said none of you bussing and left the room. Ziraki thought to himself that was rude but I guess it really isn’t my business I guess.

He entered the room tide was in only to find he was gone. That tide needs to take it easy or he is going to get himself killed.

Kouta: who the hell are you!

Ziraki: Lieutenant sir, I'm new to squad 6 I was assigned 6th seat

Kouta: Ok what are you doing here?

Ziraki: I was checking in an injured friend of mine but he’s no longer here so I'm going to head back to the squad 6 barracks sir

Kouta: ok carry on

Ziraki saluted and left the room and flash stepped towards the squad 6 barracks when he ran into Tyson-taicho.

Tyson: Ziraki what are you doing here

Ziraki: sir I was checking in on tide but he had already left the medical center Tyson-taicho what are my orders sir?

Tyson: Your orders are to remain in squad 6 until further notice.

Ziraki was disappointed but in executions, only captains and lieutenants had to be present.

He remained silent for a moment but nodded his head and entered squad 6's barracks.

Tyson and Christine looked at each other and nodded at the same time, as they walked towards the execution grounds, even though they knew it was too early according to the time listed.

Meanwhile, Koharu was getting ready to go out herself, alongside her new lieutenant<---(mentioned by mcz) who was not known yet.

Ukitake was also getting ready, but was not accompanied by no one since 13th squad have never replaced their last lieutenant [b]Kaien Shiba[/i].

All captains and lieutenants were heading towards the Soukyoku Hill, each at different times, but towards the same destination.

Tyson and Christine were now climbing the tall stairs that lead to the hill, the time was closing in.

"whaa da heck?!" Blue shouted when she was surprised by some unknown shinigami. When she turn around, it was just the 11th seat of the 1st division.

"oh! It's just you Blue. I thought somebody else, I'm sorry if I surprised you." Nobou said with some controlled smile.

"Why you?!... I'll punish you next time if you surprise me like that again! Anyway, the commander said we should have a sparring session, me versus you Nobou, the 11th seat."

"Eh?! right now? Are you sure? Coz the former commander-general was facing an execution today, there is about a couple of hours left before his execution and all the shinigamis are busy."

"Really?!?! Gosh! I want to see him, he must be my captain if I just entered the 1st division about 2 years early."

After saying those things, Blue immediately run towards the exit of the building.

"Hey! How about that sparring session?" Nobou shouted to the 4th seat.

"I'll inform you next time about that!" Blue shouted back while running her way down the stairs and she finally decided to jump out of the window and through some roofs like she usually does.

"The execution will be taking place at the Soukyoku Hill for sure. I hope I can make it through there before that guy was already dead!" Blue told herself while running faster towards where the hill is.

When the view of the long stairs through the hill was almost clear, she saw two figures. One is a guy look alike a captain and the another one is a girl which is a lieutenant. When Blue landed her foot about 30 meters away of the stairs, some shinigamis hold her back.

"Hey! watch it!" Blue shouted.

"Your not allowed to go near at the Soukyoku Hill! Only captains and lieutenants, if you try to make any closer we will be forced to capture you." one of the shinigami said.

"And who ordered you like that?!?!" Blue exclaimed while trying to get her way out of the shinigamis grip.

"The Commander-General!" the other shinigami said while trying his best not to let Blue out.

Then suddenly Blue stop struggling and then the shinigamis loosen their grip to her.

"Curses!" Blue thought while biting her lip. "I'm already late! Can't see that former commander ever again. Sheesh!" She said to herself.

Time: 1hrs 45mins to Sunset

The sun was nearly set behind the horizon as the Captains and Luientenants of all Squads slowly began to appear on Soukyoku Hill.

Nishihara stood quietly, looking at the tall wooden pillars that he would soon be hung against. As the Captains arrived, little was said and little eye contact was even made amongst them.

Somethings going on.. Nishihara thought to himself. He was hoping none of his former subordinates would attempt anything. He had a plan of his own, but there was only one shot for it to work.

During an execution there is five second period were the prisoner has no restraints on him or her. This accures before they are set up against the Kikiou. Fortunately, for Nishihara he ment for his capture to be easy. The bindings that were used against him were supposed to drain one's spiritual energy completely, leaving them almost a normal soul. During his stay in the Living World he never let his reiatsu past that of a normal Captain's. If his reiatsu was at a normal level it would have taken many hours for the bindings effect to work, but after the first one was clamped on he lowered his emmisions level to that of a normal Shinigami to make it look like the device was working effectively.

Time: Some time BEFORE 1hrs 45mins to Sunset

Upon reaching Captain Ukitake's office Kenny knocks on the door.

Ukitake: Who is it?

Kenny: It's me taicho, Kenny.

Ukitake: Come in.

As Kenny opens the door to walk it he notices that the Captain seems to be in a bit of a rush. As he puts on his haori his and straighten ups his kimono.

Ukitake: So what do you want?

Kenny: Ah. Erm I was just wondering what happen to the keeper during the last mission.

Ukitake: Its been taken care off.

Kenny: Oh. I see.

As he gazes upon the Captain's face he sees sadness and depression. It was obvious to Kenny that the former Captain's execution was bothering him. As Ukitake is about to leave the room, "Seems everyone is quite busy today, despite only Captain and lieutenants are to attend the execution grounds." he says.

Kenny: Eh?

Ukitake: At the moment I do not have a lieutenant, and it would also seem that the 3rd seat officer is INACTIVE.

Kenny: Ok?... So?...

Ukitake: I hope I can count on you for some things in the near future.

Kenny: Of course. Your my Captain after all.

"Good" replies the Captain as he begins his walk to the execution grounds. Kenny began to get confused regarding the conversation that just happened. This bothered him quite a bit so he decided to check out what all the other shinigami are doing due to the hint in the conversation.

With their lieutenants alongside them, the twelve Captains of the Gotei 13 formed a column leading up to the two large white pillars erected atop of Soukyoku Hill. Here is where the condemned who were deemed too strong for normal dispatchments were executed through the use of the Soukyoku.

Despite having been shattered long ago, the pieces were sent back to the dimension of the king where they would be assembled to reforge the blade. It was on this day that the Soukyoku was delivered back to it's place on the Hill, and where it would claim it's first life in many years.

The condemned, Nishihara, was shackled and forced to kneel in front of the Soukyoku and pray for inner peace. Guards held him down by his restraints.

Commander Mitsuharu stood by the pillars and watched the sun as it approached ever so closely to the horizon. His face was expressionless yet his joy unparalleled. Lieutenant Nico stood by him yet she faced the other way. Her eyes never left her former Commander.

"It's hard for you." said Commander Mitsuharu. "But don't worry. His name and face will be forgotten in your mind...in everyone's minds. These memories of nobody will vanish with the setting sun."

"15 more minutes." She said softly.

The Commander smirked.

Units patrolled the entire Seireitei looking for anything or anyone suspicious. A few number of fights had broken out between loyalists to the former Commander defending his name and others who made rank post the exile and were strict on upholding their orders.

Asuka led her unit through alleys of the East Wing making it look like they were patrolling. "I really hate being so pessimistic about things but this is a total disaster waiting to happen."

"I know what ya mean but I have faith the Cap can pull it off. None of us knew the guy real well so it seems wasted but to them this is something important." said Hige.

Asuka looked back at him with a surprised look on her face. "I didn't realize you were so sensitive."

He smirked then took a deep breathe to expand his upper frame. "Well there's a lot of-"

"Forget it." Asuka flicked her wrist. "It's almost time."
"Denied again. Asuka you're so mean."

"How many do you see?!" said the shinigami in a loud whisper. He looked up at the officer who was peeking through the small seam in the man hole cover opening.

"Half of a full unit. I think they're Squad 3...yea, it's them." responded the officer. "15 milliliters should do the trick."

The shinigami nodded then rummaged through his supply kit. He pulled out a small sealed test tube filled with a light green liquid. Climbing up the bars, he carefully handed the tube to the officer before backing down.

The officer took a deep breathe and lifted up the hole cover some more so that he could toss the tube without being seen. "Here it goes."

Captain Hinamori and Lieutenant Kouta stood in middle of their line with Captain Ukitake to their left and Captain Azrai of Squad 3 with his lieutenant to their right. Captain Unohana and Aqua were situated near the prisoner. Aside Commander Mitsuharu, Captain Koharu and Captain Tyson were closest to Nishihara being placed just in front and on either side of the two pillars so that they were facing each other.

Kouta glanced to his left and saw that the sun had just broken the horizon. He controlled his breathing. It's time...

A preciding judge walked up and stood in front of Nishihara. He cleared his throat before speaking. "And so on this day it has been ordered that-!"

A series of loud explosions all around the Seireitei interruped the proceedings. Smoke clouds rose up in the distance at all directions.

"What's happening?" asked Captain Ukitake. The rest of the Captains and Lieutenants looked around to survey the situation.

Commander Mitsuharu kept quiet and stood there perfectly still. Another series of explosions went off, this time closer.

"My guess is that someone's trying to stop the execution." said Captain Shunsui calmly.

"Captain. I can't sense the guards around the perimeter." said Lieutenant Aqua quickly.

"Silence." Commander Mitsuharu let out a burst of his spiritual pressure which caught everyone's attention. "This pathetic excuse for defiance will not interfere with this execution. We will continue as planned. Return to your positions."

"Commander, we should control the situation before it gets out of hand." said Kouta. "Chances are it'll get worse after the execution."

Lieutenant Nisec stepped up and rested her hand on the hilt of her zanpakuto. "He's kinda right. We'll be able to take care of any trouble makers quickly. Better now than later."

Kouta glanced at her.

"Very well. The lieutenants may leave." said Commander Mitsuharu. "Find the ones responsible for this. If you want to be merciful, you have permission to kill them on site."

Taking a deep breathe, Kouta saluted. The lieutenants proceeded down Soukyoku Hill and towards the nearest disturbance source.

"Continue." ordered Mitsuharu. The Captains lined up as the judge proceeded with the details and decree over the prisoner's execution.

Captain Hinamori glanced at Unohana who remained quiet and calm through the entire ordeal. Almost...

They would wait until Nishihara's restraints were taken off before taking action.

Blue, who is still standing in her original position, staring at the long stairs hoping that something will happen or whatsoever that will give her a chance to see the former commander-general.

"This is becoming quite boring... and disappointing." she thought. Then suddenly, an explosion happened around the perimeter.

"Whoa! what's happening?!" Blue shouted while the other shinigamis are surprised and starting to panic. Blue's instincts alert her that there is an upcoming explosion near at her position, so she quickly took two shinigamis that she can carry and shouted to the others...

"Leave your positions now!" While jumping to avoid being injured or something. As she jump off, a huge explosion happened about 5 meters away from her initial position.

"That's quite close.." She said while putting down the two shinigamis who are still afraid and paralyzed.

"Hey you! Inform the other shinigamis or one of your superiors about the explosion happened in here and the other one, help those injured people, give them some first aids and ask some help from the 4th division. Move now!" Blue shouted at them. The two shinigamis quickly followed her even their knees are still shaking.

"Gee... what in the world is happening in here? Is this explosion made up of those supporters of the exile or... there is something else?" Blue thought, while biting her right thumb to calm herself coz she noticed that she was quite nervous.

"I never been nervous for a long time, and it's quite irritating. Need to look out of the stairs coz maybe something might happen after these explosions that stand as distraction for the execution." She whispered.

Then she flash stepped immediately and appeared at some buildings near at the stairs and lowered her aura to hide her presence. Waiting for someone to arrive...

Koharu watched the lieutenants I hate to type this word leave and took a deep breath...

I doubt we drained out all of his reiatsu...that would've taken much longer... She looked at the other Taichos, everyone was nervous about what will happen.
She could feel the tense in the air.

Commander Mitsuharu looked satisfied at the former sotaicho.

DAMN you.... Koharus eyes narrowed. A sudden image of attacking him came up in her mind and she couldn't help but smile.

The commander recognized her smile "Why are you grinning, Koharu Taicho?"

"Oh nothing special... I'm just ... kinda relieved that everything will be settled, Commander!" She answered with a special tone on the last word.

She looked at the kneeling Nishihara Yes, everything will be settled... I hope my guess about you having a plan is right Nis...

Hinamori Taicho turned round and looked at Koharu, their eyes met and both woman nodded.

The preciding judges started to get off the restrains of Nishihara...

The taichos took a deep breath and the tension rose...

so guys what'll happen depends on you... I'm busy today and tommorrow and don't know if I'll make it to check this thread out... I have to sew the last parts of my costume for tommorrow.... x3 carnival! YAY!

The sound of the shackles unhinging could be heard faintly. Nishihara's head slowly rose, looking Mitsuhara directly in the eyes.

Poff The shackles hit the ground.

Everyone took a deep breathe and watched.

Nishihara's eyes glowed for a split second before a intense spiritual pressure erupted from him. Both guards instantly fell to the ground, unconscionce. (I hate that word)

Mitsuhara's eyes didn't leave Nishihara's when he released his spiritual energy.

Sweat dripped down Hinamori's cheek. "Un-unbelievable..." She stuttered taking a few steps back.

Mitsuhara's posture didn't change, his eyes narrowed at Nishiahra as the exile rose to his feet.

"It is pointless to delay your judgement." Said Mitsuhara in a deep tone.

Nishihara couldn't help but smirk to himself. "What are you waiting for?"

Taking a few steps back, the Captains knew they could get involved if they wished too, but would it be a wise choice too do so with opponents such as Nishihara and Mitsuhara?

Shunsui glanced over to the side, something had caught his attention for a second before his gaze focused back onto Nishihara.

"Your defiance will be delt with!" Mitsuhara scowled, taking one step towards the exile as his hand reached for his zanpakutou.

Nishihara took one step as Mitsuhara did. Their eyes were locked onto each other.

"I think we should take a few steps back." Shunsui said cautiously.

"He doesn't have his zanpakutou!" Exclaimed Hinamori.

"I don't think that will be an issue." He responded calmly.

Mitsuhara took another step, then started off into a sprint towards the exile. Drawing his zanpakutou.

Nishihara took one step himself, and dashed towards the Commander-General.

Everyones eyes grew wide as the two collided into each other.

A giant shockwave rumbled the ground under their feet as a cloud of dust erupted into the air.

Blue was watching the stairs still as a massive spiritual pressure washed over her. Falling to one knee she looked up at the Hill. "No..no..way?! That's the former Commander?!"

There was a intense explosion as a cloud of dust plummed atop the Hill.

"Whoa...I gotta get up there..." She said softly.

Hinamori and the other Captains jumped back a few yards, still in hte shroud of dust.

(Cough) (Cough) "I can't see anything, what happened?!" Hinamori said, covering her mouth with the sleeve of her haori.

Unohana landed just next to her, followed by Tyson and Koharu.

Shunsui and Ukitake were farther back, by only six yards, they knew this was about to get intense.

The cloud of dust slowly started to disappear and the two figures could be made out.

In an attempt to quickly finish off Nishihara, the current Sotaicho swung his blade down across the exile's left shoulder, trying to slice him down in half.

"Im-Impossible..." Mitsuhara stuttered to himself when he realized what had happened.

He knew he hit something, but what?

The dust had cleared and he saw the long blade of Nishihara's zanpakutou, Inazuma Okami, facing across him.

Some of the Captains gasped in awe when they saw the blade for the first time in nine years.

Nishihara looked up over his blade with a slight smirk on his face.

Mitsuhara glanced to the side to see Nico-chan, his fiance, taking a few steps back...She had run off during the explosions and retrieved Nishihara's zanpakutou.

"Nico..." Mitushara said to himself. His eyebrows furrowing.

"I don't think it's such a good idea to be distracted right now, Commander." Nishihara said in a calm tone.
