The NEW Soul Society RPG.

Good day Captains!
I'm going to outline the basics of the new Soul Society System RPG I've developed!
As I mentioned in my other post, it will not follow the standard Story system, there will be another thread for that!
The Basics
So what is this new RPG?
Think of it as one of those browser-based RPG Games you may have once played e.g. Pokémon Crater.
There will be a new reigstration thread, where all members who wish to join the RPG must post in. They will then officially enter the game as a "Lv. 1 Shinigami"
Basic Stats are to be organised but basically it'll be something like this!
Name: ~pyrotechnic
Lv. 1 Shinigami
Atk: 1-6
DEF: 1
HP: 30
Reiatsu : 20
Equipment : Tattered training Robes (DEF+1)
Generic Zanpakuto (ATK 1-6)
Skills: Reiatsu-backed Strike (Next Atk + 5 damage) Cost: 5 reiatsu
Other: Member of 1st Squad, 10th Seat
Now what happens?
All players will start in the Soul Society Map: below

There will be 2 Maps: the above Soul Society Map and the Karakura Town Map Below:

In every post a member can change a map ONCE.
They cannot post again until a captain-level member confirms the action.
Every now and then a captain-level member will introduce Hollows into the RPG.
E.g. Tyson Posts:
1 Lv. 1 Hollow has appeared (posts picture of Hollow), in Area 1.
HP: 50
3 Lv. 2 Hollow have appeared (posts 2 pics of Hollows) in Area 2.
1 Lv. 5 Hollow has appeared (posts pic) in Area 5
As you can see each area will spawn a certain level of Hollow!
A member can move map ONCE per post, change/move into an Area ONCE, and attack THREE times.
e.g.
Ziraki Posts:
I want to move to the Karakura map and enter Area 1.
I want to attack the level one Hollow like this:
1) Normal Attack
2) Defend
3) Use Reiatsu Backed Strike!
*post ends*
The member then cannot post until a Captain replies
e.g.
Koharu posts:
Confirmed. Ziraki has moved to the Karakura Map.
Ziraki has moved into Area 1.
Ziraki Attacks the Hollow.
1) Does 5 damage. Takes 4 damage from Hollow!
2) Defends. Takes 1 damage from Hollow!
3) Uses Reiatsu-backed Strike! Does 7 damage. Takes 3 damage from Hollow
Ziraki has: 22 HP left.
Hollow has: 38 HP left.
What will Ziraki do next?
Now heres how the system works!
Remember how I said a level one Shinigami can attack from 1-6 using the generic zanpakuto?
This is how it will work!
The Captain Koharu rolls a dice (privately at home)
1) She gets the number 6, so Ziraki does 6 damage! But the Hollow Lv.1 has 1 DEF so you take off one..= 5 damage! She does the same for the Hollow, rolls a 5 -1 because of Ziraki’s Defense and becomes 4 damage.
2) The same system applies to the Hollow. Lets say Koharu rolls a 3, so the Hollow does 3 damage, but Ziraki wears tater robes giving one defense, so he takes….2 damage! Now Ziraki chose to defend, which will HALVE damage so he takes one!
3) Reiatsu-backed Strike! (adds 5 atk) so say Koharu rolls a …3! +5 = 8! But the Hollow has one DEF so..-1= 7! Repeat the Attack system for Hollow.
Turn Ends.
Koharu calculates the remaining HP for both Shinigami and Hollow, and ends the turn.
After this post from a captain, Ziraki may post again.
Now as he is engaged in a fight, he can:
1) Continue using same system, attack 3 times and ends the turn. ( Cannot change maps, must wait for Captain to post and reply to the battle)
2) Try to Escape ends Turn.( He will then wait for a Captain to post. The Captain will roll a dice again. If a number from 1-3 is rolled, he escapes. 4-6? He fails! And gets attaked ONCE.)
3) Request Help! And ends turn! ( He will defend and receive half damage once.) After he recieves dmage once, he must not post again until another member accepts the request and assists. (After that, the battle will be 2 Shinigami Vs one Hollow with the same system, every turn the hollow will reciveve two atks (with dice being rolled of course) and the hollow will attack ONE of them ONCE. (the attack will alternate, the hollow will attack ziraki first turn, the other Shinigami 2nd turn, and so on.)
Repeat this system till Hollow dies.
In the post where the battle ends, the captain who posted the ending post will also write.
Ziraki and *assisting shinigami* kill the Hollow, they receive 50 exp each!
Ziraki xp: (50/100) (50 till next level)
*assisting Shinigami* xp (50/100) (50 till next level)
Both receive 100 Gold.
End Turn.
The experience required List is yet to be made!
To heal hp and reiatsu, the shinigami must waste a turn returning to Soul Society and visiting the 4th Squad. After that he cannot post for another *3 posts* till he heals. He will waste another turn getting out of the healing squad.
There will be other things like the URAHARA Shop, where you can upgrade your equipment and buy healing/reiatsu potions etc. -> To be organised!
Now here are the benefits of playing the RPG!
To get Lieutenant Status!
(You must be level 15, and have contributed to the other forums in Soul Society, then ask a captain!)
To get Captain Status!
(You must be level 30, and have contributed to forums in Soul Society + deemed responsible by the other captains)!
There will be other things added but that’s the general idea!
What do you guys think?
Any ideas/suggestions? I know its going to be a lot of work for the Captains but this could be interesting!

I would definitely love to play and be judge of this RPG.
I have a few questions though.
1) What happens if a Shinigami is defeated in battle?
2) There isn't going to be elements involved in the RPG?
I noticed you didn't include elements in there, and all Shinigami and Hollows must be inclined towards a specific element, which may benefit or put at a disadvantage depending on the elements.
For example:
Shinigami is inclined to water element and Hollow is inclined to fire element. This will give the Shinigami a slight advantage over the Hollow by making his/her attacks a pinch stronger and making the Hollow's a pinch weaker, or the other way around if the Hollow is inclined towards an element that is strong against the Shinigami's.
Also, I think that higher ranked Shinigami and Hollows should have the benefit of been able to be inclined towards more than one element depending on their combat lv.
For example:
A Shinigami just got promoted to Lieutenant by reaching lv. 15, so he/she automatically learns the way to another element, letting him/her be inclined towards 2 elements. But, let's say a Lieutenant reaches lv. 20, and by doing so, he/she is given the right to learn the ways towards yet again a new element, making him/her a Lieutenant inclined towards 3 elements.
This of course can be modified in so many different ways xD But that's basically how elements would go and work if there's going to be elements added to the RPG that is :P
I can't think of anything else atm probably cause I'm hungry xD But let me know what you think about this Pyro-san ;3
Edit: You know what? Scratch that. I think everyone should remain with just one element and instead of learning new elements by reaching a certain lv or rank, they would get a stat boost of their choice instead ;3 I think that would be better [:
anyways i think we should start a "trialversion" in here and invite 5 active members to play so that we as taichos can also learn how to play our role as judges and so...
There's just so much we can do here so please as many sugggestions as you can!
Tyson's Elemental system is interesting too. Rather than scrapping it I'm going to implement it in some of the later maps later so that experienced players will be able to use an elemental advantage, by upgrading their weapon in the 12th Squad headquarters!
But theres a few things we have to do ASAP!
1) We definitely need more members to play this game! Seeing as we only have a handful of actives, we'll need to recuit more and more! I've tried inviting back the old Lieutenants, but I only remember some of them! If you know inactive Soul Society members or know people who would be likely to join the group , please recruit!
2) We need to trial the RPG and let the captains practice as judges! I'll be organising some of it once we've finalised the RPG and started a story!
On a final note: can all the Captains who are interested in being a judge post here saying they want to ASAP! I know some of you are busy and might not hvae the time or interest to do this!
P.S. Remember any captain can judge. Lets say a Shinigami starts a battle and I judge the first stage. The Shinigami posts again to continue the battle. Now any captain can continue the battle using the dice system I mentioned above which will be fair!
@Tyson: When a Shinigami dies, I'm going to set it so that they revive in the 4th Squad HeadQuarters and CANNOT make any moves for the next 5-8 posts depending on what you guys think!
Please give more ideas as I want to finalise this ASAP!

Players will probably actively participate in battles and buying equipment, occasionally travelling to new places to see the storyline.
In any case I have no idea how to make scripts so its a no-go there =]!
Scripts aren't that hard though, just VERY tedious. One option branching out to three, each one of those three branching out to three. Well, it's alright, I'm just saying it's a suggestion.

As for the no captains online problem...I'll have to see about that...at the moment there aren't many members anyway so its not a big deal. But once and IF we get more people I'll have to work out something else to deal with the problems!
