I don't know if I'm the only who noticed, but there are unfinished contests in Soul Society, one of them is pretty old, what happened to them? did they got canceled or something?

Ah yes the banner competition winners I actually have calculated but I really can't think of anything to award to any existing captains! Does anyone have any ideas of what to give?
btw Banner Competition winners are Koharu and Pastel!

Pastel could be rewarded with a promotion, Koharu on the other hand, well as Azrai said maybe some scans, or a new unique sig?

Not sure Willko's gone, but I know some of us have realized that we'll get non-members posting on some of our threads. (Jealous bastards) Have you looked at all to see how they can't post, Pyro? I've checked myself, but it seems that I couldn't come across anything that could permantly delete the posts and make our entire group forums unpostable.

I'm not 100% sure if this was discussed or not. (I'm fine with it either way) But, I recieved a friendly PM from Kaoru-kun about her recent promotion...Now, it might have to do with me being real busy the past couple weeks to not have noticed this right away but her PM was the first time I heard of her being promoted. We should really bring the promotions to this Group Forums in order to see who is a canidate to be promoted to Fuku-Taicho and possibly Taicho.
Like I said, I'm a-okay with this decision either way, I just wasn't aware of it...I don't think?

Ah, I see. He is rather...impatient I guess. Personally, with that promotion I don't agree with, he's sent me some rather rude PMs many times when I was simply trying to let him know how things work on the forums. Guess he just doesn't like me.

-So now that almost eveyrone has posted I will await Nis Taicho's decision about the
Captains selections system - I'm sure he will agree to it.
-Lieutenants: Still for debate
-Lieutenant Jobs: A good idea that we need to discuss more before implementing.
Hmm, I also know about the private forums and things like that but I need a vote here. I have had my own forum in the psat and I can easily do it again. I am very aware that everything here can be read by everyone so lets have a vote.
-Please choose whether or not you want a private forum [not on Animepaper] for the Soul Society Captains group...
Advantages:
-Obviously our chats cannot be monitored - definitely a good thing.
-Animepaper group forums are very restricted so we can do a whole lot more.
Disadvanatages:
- Slightly inconvenient.
Personally I prefer opening a new forum but that's just me - need a poll here.
