After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

It's strongly depend on your hability which each software. I think each one have its pros and cons. Inkscape is free. It wins hands down ^^

Guidelines read the spoiler:

SPOILER (click to view)
1. once we get many interested great wallers or members, we will start searching for a group to play the military mafia game. we will send the admin. a death note that notifies him/her that we will fight their group by wallpapers.
2. whosoever wins, will be able to get 1 member from the losing group and the loser will carry a banner saying "I'm a loser" and he/she will suffer that consequence for 1 month XD
3. as for now, that's all :)
