March Monthly Challenge: Mecha Month
March and April is Mecha Month!
That's right, March's theme is mecha. Your wall must contain at the minimum, 1 vectored mecha. The mecha can be a giant robot, a spaceship, a jet fighter, a tank, a car, or any other mechanical vehicle. What you do with the rest of the wall is up to you.
Same details as usual apply. Challenge is extended until April; walls are due Apr 24 at midnight

Damnit! WHY DID YOU PICK THIS THEME?! LOL
Looks like I've got to polish my tablet off the dust that it's been accumulating during these months. >_<;

I agree with shinn...lol
This theme sure is tempting, who knows.. :)
How much of the mecha needs to be shown? The whole thing? 50%? Can it be, for example, the legs and a person standing next to it, or a person on its shoulders, showing the head and a bit of the chest, or maybe someone on its hands? (I don't really like the whole mecha thing, but if I can put a person there I might give this a shot)
If you want to focus on a specific part of the mecha (ie cockpit, shoulder, lower leg/foot), that's also fine.
Mecha's defined so broadly here :]
Would a tachikoma be considered mecha? I feel like it's stretching it a bit but I guess they can technically be mechanical vehicles >xD

Tachikoma count, as they're well within the 'tank' category.
And I deliberately defined mecha broadly to give folks more choices. :D

Damn, as I feared I'm totally behind on this. I hope I'm going to make it in time fore the deadline. >_>;
The March challenge will be extended until April since it's a fairly complex challenge and no one's put in a wall yet. That gives you 4 more weeks to perfect your mechanical masterpiece!
Walls will be due Apr 24th at midnight.

Gah. Been rushing to try and finish it, pretty grateful for the extension!

That works perfectly- Now I can do both the Vectorness challenge and the AP Elite vs The World. :D
I think that was probably a good move. Thank you!
Hehe.. ~cough~ ~cough~... I've joined this group ages ago and neva submitted anything yet o.O. Well I guess a lotta people don't even know me, but I'm back making wallpapers after about 9 months being outa action LOL. Anyway I'll give this a shot and see what I can come up with... after all I DO LOVE VECTORING :P.
