March Monthly Challenge: Mecha Month
Well that is totally awesome, I have a wonderful scan that I just found and I really want to do it =D But it will be incredibly difficult =( We will see

Megaman himself doesn't count as a mecha. A mecha is more of a mechanical vehicle. Megaman may be a robot, but the robot IS the character, not some conveyance for characters.
While the Tachikoma tanks are also characters, there are plenty of scenes where Section 9 crew ride inside them.

I finished my wall for the challenge, I named it "Strike Freedom Assault" ^^

Here's my entry...
'm beginning to love working with large canvas :P. So much pace to play with hehehe... I feel there's something missing in it though. Anyways I'm a huge robotech fan too :D (category not listed though) and the mechs are from the New Generation Saga - cool motorcycles transforming into robots, cool stuff hey XD. The landscape was used from a stock image I had. Sky, moon and stars were brushed and of course I made the vector traces of the mechs . And the title "We Will Win" come from a theme song in the series :).

This was resized with another image editing tool and is not the final version to be submitted though.

The tightness of the deadline is good (hopefully it'll spur me on), but if absolutely needed, I think a week's extension should be enough because a month extension would indeed make us procrastinate more and lead to a never-ending challenge.

I've done the category request weeks ago :( and it's still not there T_T.
Umm I really wanted to participate with this one cuz I found an UBER scan to try and vector but my comp died and I lost Illustrator and ive never vectored in Photoshop :P so...I guess Ill try with the pen tool functions. But MANNN!!! 4 days to do it too XP

I'm in- and I agree with Flyin that a week would be good enough for an extention.
