LOL, okay, so here's a story for you: One day, in a discussion group far, far away, a great big monster admin was making fun of her poor subject group members, threatening them, being mean, and promoting them to moderators left and right, it was awful! 
(<_< or, well, okay, not really awful, more like funny, ^^ but anyway...) So! *nods* I felt it was my responsibility to tease her back and get revenge for all her crimes, so 
I promote her to moderators here, then admin! ^^ And also, she is a great group admin, better than me, but she will not admit it because she is too modest. But so, now she has sent me PMs and commanded me to post to her thread and start a new Tete-a-tete thread, and because she is now our leader 
I must comply! haha So! it's tete-a-tete thread!
You can talk about whatever you want, you MUST be a bit crazy, but you can say whatever you want, or post any drawing you want, or... well, no funny stuff of course, but you must be at least a little humorous or you are not allowed (>_> well, no, you're allowed, that wasn't a real requirement) but I'm just droning on now, and probably boring you to tears, aren't I u_u 
So just start posting and having a good time, k? ^___^

That is correct Mr. Blue is a girl, we just call her Mr. blue becasue someone in CCS group was getting their revenge on her for calling them madame all the time ^^

For why Dare to draw is locked, it's becasue it was inactive for too long, no body posted there or participated, and AP locked it automatically. We can definitely start a new one though! Apparently, "ate" means "older sister" in some language (I forget which right now), she just kinda decided that I was going to be her big sister here on AP ^^ (which I thought was very cute)
Anyway, so do you want to be one? A moderator I mean? =D

Okay, I will help ^_^ For rules, you should still be able to find the ones I used in the locked thread @the top of the group discussion board, you can use those or modify the rules however you think best. As far as prizes, I'd be glad to help with offering some anime/j-pop music mp3s as prizes, or some free scans maybe? Or there could be something where we have people volunteer to make whatever drawing the winner or participant who who wins the prize requests?
