Who Wants Widescreen?
purple-mirageI use 1280x768. *sigh* My wallpaper stretch to fit the screen and everything become "fatter". Hope to have some walls that fit nicely~
I had a monitor at that resolution before. It was from sceptre... I'll keep that resolution in mind when I make future wallpapers. I'll just add it into the comments I make for my future papers. ^_^
The path is long, but set in stone.

I use 1440x900 kind of unusual though :S .. but I like it since I'm using DVI interface =P

Thanks for making a Widescreen Wallpaper group! I see a lot of people use 1440 x 900, as I do.
What I do is resize and recrop other wallpapers I find, or take screencaps from DVDs or recordings I have. But with screencaps comes borders of black. :/

I use 1440x900 on a 19 inch widescreen monitor. Half of the wallpapers i use are regular 1280x1024 and just stretched and some of um look ok. I wind up taking the funny looking ones and stretching it up and cutting the sides to make it fit better.
Mine is 1280x800 widescreen resolution.. but i've 80:20 not widescreen walls.. that's why i'm checking this group out.. best regards' XD

Its hard to look for wallpaper with this resolution, after having this resolution on my laptop. i realized that wallpapers that are made should have different resolution sizes because others use widescreens..
i hope most wallpapers would be supported by this resolution..

Mine is a 1440, but for some strange reason... it can only use walls without stretching them like 1420x900.
I wonder why...
if I use a 1440 res wall, the screen will somehow compress my wallpaper to fit the desktop area, in this case, I am used to use the menu bar at the right side of the screen.
