After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

Anyone here know if Shinta had a archive site?

Oh I definitely don't subscribe to any particular scene. It just happens to be the genre I listen to my most. One of all time favorite bands being Splashdown.

Just so long as you aren't one of those stuck up indie kids

I pretty much am across all genres. I have so much music I can listen to music nonstop for an entire year without hearing a repeat. Though I seem to spend more time with indie music and local bands.

I listen to a variety of genres ranging from Sara Bareilles to The Dillinger Escape Plan to Monty Are I to Baracuda

They really are. So are you a metal fan in general. How about other genres?

I've only heard a few Epica songs but from what I've gathered they're quite good

TAKING A BREAK FROM RESOLUTIONS

Yep. Taking a break from one after two successful runs for 2007 (3 wallpapers using loli characters) and 2008 (making a wallpaper for 3 categories with no wallpapers in it each).

POST-MORTEM

Walling resolutions can feel a bit restrictive since I do not have a lot of time to spare for walling and have to forgo the images that I wanted to wall in order to beat the year-end deadline before the resolution expires. 2008's was the most restrictive since it is a race not only against time, but also against other fellow wallers. There have been quite a number of titles which I intended to make wallpapers for but could not do so at a later point of time as someone beat me to the line. Asagiri no Miko was one such example. And there are other titles which qualifies but the images just did not seem to perk up my creative juices.

MOVING FORWARD INTO 2009

No resolutions means more freedom for me to choose what images I want to use as my walling material. The freedom...oh joy. I still love walling titles long forgotten by many and I do hope to make wallpapers relating to newer series (I do not have a lot of those kind of wallpapers lately compared to others). And there's also revisiting PSD files of my older wallpapers and do a total upgrade/makeover (I seem to be into that lately).

PS: I need to make a wallpaper featuring at least males. I am a bit concerned that my past string of wallies have been featuring only females. If not a male, at least a mecha will do.
