The End of an Era.
For many of us, last Sunday was the end of an era. Code Geass finally reached it's climax and unwanted end. It's been 2 years since the show enthralled with mind-controlling people into suicide, chances at world domination, and beautiful CLAMP women eating Pizza Hut. I remember waiting for months for eps 24-25 of season 1 to come out and remember nearly breaking my chair I was sitting in back home at the ultimate cliffhanger ending. And then R2 took me on what gg subs affectionately called "Code Trainwreck." I've heard a lot about the show being overly zealous with all the twists and turns and the craziness and what not, but I've given up thinking about it. I just remember the ride and how each ep drew me into the story and characters and action like an oasis to a thirsty man stranded in the desert. And then there was the glorious Sunrise ending. Oh Sunrise, why must you do this to me, continuing the long line of plaguing your fans about one big giant freaking loose end, and no means to tie it. I'm just gonna say that because I do not want to spoil a single iota of that show. It was a great ride for giant flaming train of destruction, and I'll remember it until my memory gives way.
