it's just not possible to achieve industry standard quality of photos with a non-L lens in terms of sharpness, color quality and so on.

it's fine if you're working for small businesses who don't care about that stuff

I don't have a static IP, and I dislike those dynamic DNS whatsits, so NAS is fairly useless

but when you're doing a spread for a magazine they're very nitpicky about that stuff
