6 people killed over a XBox!

I saw this on the front page when I was at AFO! (Anime Festival Orlando, close to where it happened.)

That article is pretty horrible. It's hard to find good reporting anymore. It wasn't about an xbox at all really, it was just a minor detail.

Basically what happened is there were these guys living in the house of one of the victims relatives (who were not there at the time.) Essentially they'd broke & entered, and were proceeding to live somewhere uninvited. After several calls to the police, they finally got kicked out. Several more calls to the police were made about them harassing the true owners (or owners relatives, not real clear.) The final straw was apparently when they dumped the squatters stuff, they came in and killed them.

Pretty screwed up all around. An xbox was just one item that was left there by the criminals originally. Doesn't make any sense... I don't know what's wrong with people.

Here they woudlnt either, afterall murder, rape, drugs, crime and violence in general and as a whole is so normal here you'd be lucky to find anything on this in a newspaper here =/

Im not saying its a lie, they DID kill them and such

but im saying that they didnt kill them due to the XBox like the media makes it out like. "6 PEOPLE WERE KILLED DUE TO AN XBOX BLAH BLAH BLAH" but i think its more "6 PEOPLE WERE KILLED DUE TO THEM FINDING SQUATTERS AND STEALING THEIR CLOTHING AND OTHER ITEMS"

1. he got kicked out of where he was staying (illegaly or not, it doenst change that he'd be pissed)
2. he got his stuff stolen IN GENERAL.

i think the media is just looking for a way to pull the whole OH GOD GAMES ARE BAD thing again.
