I would personally make it...what is it that I'm looking for...uhhh...contrasted maybe? Their skin looks a bit too bright/white...maybe tone that down a bit?

And I would also fix your sig a bit too...There's no need to make it really fancy...but if you want to...just make sure that the ENTIRE thing (including the textured bit) is hidden under the taskbar ^_^

Good luck with your wall!

Thu, 14 Sep 2006 18:35:29 -0400 `asa01 http://www.animepaper.net/forums/rss/35737/ Err...I think we are misunderstanding each other here. but it's no big deal anyway. so instead of going through fuss of figuring it all out, let's just forget i said what i said in that previous post okay? ^^ though just to let you know, this scan has been used in two previous wallpapers... but yours is quite nice. xP Thu, 14 Sep 2006 17:19:26 -0400 ~LyraScience http://www.animepaper.net/forums/rss/35737/

asa01

in parts, there are lighter lines outside of the regular outline. what are they and why are they there?

These lines as a matter of fact were originally text brushes. I used them firstly 'cause I thought the bg was too simple; But when I saw them on it sth was nugging me and I decided to use in them the same technique I used on the scan. You can see the result... Thu, 14 Sep 2006 17:16:05 -0400 `asa01 http://www.animepaper.net/forums/rss/35737/ Looks fine and keep the effect. but i have a question: in parts, there are lighter lines outside of the regular outline. what are they and why are they there? Thu, 14 Sep 2006 17:08:59 -0400 ~LyraScience http://www.animepaper.net/forums/rss/35737/ I 'm glad you like it :)
I know about the edges... I made them look like that duplicating the scan and using on the duplicant the motion blur filter and then the overlay mode. I liked the effect so I kept it. Do you think I have to remove it or sth?
And please I 'd realy like to see some more comments... You see I 've tried earlier to submit it and it got rejected. So I would realy apreciate it if you helped me with your opinions ugrade it. Thanks...
