The Character needs to be extracted better. Trying clicking on this tutorial to get a better idea of how to achieve a better result.

Also, be careful with colors. It looks really bad, kind of psychodelic and retro, but not what you'd expect in an anime... maybe in Yellow Submarine...

What do you guys think is this good enough to be posted in the wallpaper section? I cut out the character by hand and I made the background myself from scratch. Made with four layers, Shimei has been given the same coloring effect as the background through lumination. Let me know what you think, or how I can improve it.
