I disliked it. It left no opening for a second season. :I

It would have been better if it followed the manga because the manga is getting more awesome.

To be honest I didn't really care too much about the ending, For me the highlight of the show was the Theresa Arc, she was and will always be the greatest and most interesting character in the show, as always anime have to kill off the greastest character >.>

I think the ending was definitely fun to watch action-wise but then again, I think the manga is many times better just because it brings up some things that were completely amazing and interesting. Sadly I cant bring anything up at risk of spoiling it for people. :x

I just got into this show myself and loved the anime, and am going to start reading the manga soon. It's too bad a second season never came out, and it doesn't look like one will since its been about 2 years already. But I loved the whole feeling of the show, I even downloaded the Ost and am listening to that now. Sucks to hear that the manga only comes out once a month, but it'll be a little while before i catch up on that

This is one of those post apocalyptic stories and the yomas are either mutants or old bio weapons. The Org is what's left of the old government and they biologically enhanced them selves to live forever (It's pretty clear none of the elders are human any more) while continuing to experiment with this new strain that appeared after the war (yomas).

While the land are mostly composed of city states the Org act as a shadow government since they have the most advanced technologies with Claymores as super soldiers. They funds themselves buy getting paid to get rid of wild yomas and also through extortion. Some of the yomas in the wild are probably released by them and sent to the towns as Tersa has implied and was not denied by her agent.

I think the anime's ending was quite poorly done... compared to the mangas... when it comes out. Is the manga on hiatus or something? I can't seem to be able to find updates =[

I really liked the anime and was hopping for a second season, but it's been so long that I don't know what to think about it anymore. They need to make it before my life becomes too busy to watch anime! =X

When you see what amazing stuff the manga has become, it's a shame the anime is closed that way.
They should have just finish the first season after the north battle and wait before beginning a second one with the stuff we read since then. The abssyal's battle whould have bee epic in motion.

The anime ending seemed to be just the reunion of Claire and Raki.
In the Manga is more on about the organization
