Does everyone else hate fillers?

Depends on their quality!!^^ If there are fillers with funny storylines i wouldn´t mind watching them, but most filler-episodes i know are not that good unfortunately!

Well ... count me in for all of you who dislike fillers
honestly, i don't like it, it's unnecessary for all the story in the series (though some of series like One Piece got some exception). sometimes the filler didn't connect and didn't match with the original story of the series

I like most animes I watch... in fact I would love all animes to be long series like One Piece or naruto or bleach etc... I'm what you can say a sentimental guy and I never really want to end the journey I travel with each set of characters from different animes. Even if the episodes are fillers of just random stories in the characters life I would still like it cause it just allows me to keep in touch with them knowing that they are still there in a way...

Fillers are good I think it just allows people to get to know the characters better and to grow a stronger bond with them. Do I sound crazy? xD

It depends realy. if the fillers take too long or stop in the middle of of fight or something then i hate them but sometimes you dont even realise that they are fillers and actaully make the story interesting. for example so far i have like the fillers in one piece they seam like thay are part of the plot, as for naruto i kinds stopped watchin the anime because of the fillers so i read the manga instead.

I'm not a fan of fillers because it always makes me think whether they could of spent the time to tell the story better.
You know like...Anime's with an aweful ending?
Don't make fillers with an aweful ending...Use the filler episodes to complete the story and make it flawless.
DBZ filler episodes, as much as I love DBZ, felt like the creators got bored and wanted to create a simple episode based of re-caps of what happend; previously. Honestly, if you're a fan of the show, you don't need re-caps because people watching the serious; surely aren't forgetful and very much know what's going on.

I don't like fillers at all. because just when the story is getting exciting they put in a filler. OMG. i just hate when that happens.
but i guess it goes to show how much your starting to like the series and so you just have to have the patience to wait.

Fillers are ok for those who have just jumped into the anime and don't really wonna watch it all from the beginning but for those who have seen from the start must fill like it is useless because I hate when there is a lot of action in one esp then the next is a filler and there isn't really anything in that esp. but a lot of talk

I really hate filler episodes, though I understand their purpose in some cases... Though others are absolutely ridiculous. Especially when a series has a full filler story arc.

I don't hate the fillers, but sometimes is very boring, depends on how long and good the fillers are.

For example the Naruto fillers are really long and you get tired of them.

I don't hate fillers but sometimes they're lame or cheesy[Bleach]. As long as the fillers show a good action sequence and than no disappointment............ I'd be satisfied, but fillers with comedy and romance aren't that bad either[Ouran High Host Club]....

I really liked Full Metal Panic's fillers. They were so funny. I can't stand most of the fillers on Naruto or Bleach. Right now the only filler I can actually remember liking from Naruto, would be the one where they tried to find out what Kakashi looked like underneath his mask (pointless but funny). I also hate how it takes about 7 episodes before they'll actually begin the fight scene that was getting ready to happen. Instead they talk and talk and then..hmmm.. talk some more. Really what's the point (Both Naruto and Dragonball Z really bad about the talking). Oh, and when someone says "I never forgive you", ....they're enemies and getting ready to battle...why would someone say that? Why would you tell an enemy I'll never forgive you, isn't that what an enemy is, someone you expect never to forgive.

I dont really like filler, but sometimes is bearable, sometimes its kinda funny like with One Piece (yeah I love One Piece) but other cases are jut too much to even believe, I'd rather wait till they get to the good stuff than watching hour and hours and hours of filler.

I think that whoever invented fillers should be taken out behind the chemical shads, and shot. The writers who first conceived various series were competent and able to do their jobs. But the people that make the fillers, clearly, are not. 99.9% of all fillers will make you want to shoot yourself for even watching them. The plot is always predictable, the dialogue is always cheesy, and the character development is almost non-existent. Fillers are just a waste of peoples time, and a poor choice as fillers usually tend to whittle away the fan base of the series. Fillers simply suck.

I like filters if they are in a part where the suspence isn't too high and it does depend on the show. Look at Lucky Star!
