Not all scans are created equal. ^_~ That being said, I think the discount is an excellent idea. Of course, I don't know who wouldn't... ^_^

I like it, but how does the system work? Is it scan popularity? It isn't age or filesize, because I checked my scans and they vary in cost although I posted them all in one day, and some smaller scans cost more than some larger ones. Great idea anyway, certainly more bang for the buck... err, paper.

So how is it decided which scans get discounts? Is it based on how old the scans are, or on their quality?

Some of you may have noticed the new papers box on the scan section, this paper box indicates the number of papers required to download the scan, you will also find that not all papers are now 50, some are discounted too!
