I like Rammstein ,Although the majority of their songs are written in German, Rammstein has had success across the world. It has been confirmed that in 2007, the band has reunited from their vacation and has begun working on their sixth studio album (currently untitled), which has been planned for release in Autumn 2009.

I don't like the music classification ; so complicated... It's true, AC DC and Deep Purple are said “Hard Rock” but there are metal influences in their music ; they can very be the metal pioneer, non ?

I like music classification! And it's very simple. I don't see what's so hard in it? Those bands are pure Hard Rock bands with no metal in them, period. :)

- Opeth (last revelation ; sacred !!)
- Pain of Salvation
- Helloween
- Symphony X
- Deep Purple
- Iron Maiden
- Metallica ( Orion is one of best songs in the world !!)
- Circus Maximus

I'm mostly interested by symphonic metal.

I'm into thrash/speed metal, some death metal and some thrash/black metal. I love both German (Europe) and American thrash scene, and also love new school thrash metal bands like Municipal Waste, Gama Bomb, Warbringer... My fav band is Kreator! And then comes Slayer x)

Anyway, I've been listening a lot to Eluveitie lately, but I've also started to stray towards jazz and other strange shit, after being a metalhead for 10 years or something.

And Eluviete is REAL metal. Hahahah, don't make me laugh.

Those are some of my faves too. :3 I also like Deathstars, Chimaira, Arch Enemy, Slayer, I also like some less powerful stuff by Metallica or Megadeth. :3

I used to be into extreme metal, but thankfully, gave it up two or three years ago. Now, the only metal I listen to is old school metal, like Motorhead or Saxon.

Metalhead here. Although, I listen to most genres nowadays. I just listen to MOSTLY metal, and consider myself metalhead.

Goddamn though, I hate that we ended up with Ozzy in Brütal Legend instead of Dio.

I prefer some death, but some bands can make merits.

My favorites are Meshuggah, Job For a Cowboy, Amon Amarth ( Yeah! ), Arch Enemy, Lamb of God and some of Static X. XD

Full on metalhead, right here :D I mostly listen to power metal, my favorite band is Gamma Ray, I also listen to Helloween, Iron Savior, Freedom Call, Nightwish, Axenstar, Sabaton, DragonForce, Slipknot, Manowar, Disturbed, Testament, Judas Priest, Megadeth, Lamb of God and so on.
