Erase the watermark or vector it. (Okay, it worst time to vector it! So many shapes! Better erase the watermark with stamp tool or etc)

Putting a signature over a scan isn't called exactyl a work done with effort. At least vector it and make correct wallpaper resolutions.

No, it isn't acceptable.

Wrong resolution, wrong file format.
Also I can see watermarks all over the "wallpaper". Looks more like a resized scan.
Please read the guide to learn about the requirements of wallpapers.
