Try to make your own elements :) That would be very nice. Don't take images from wallpaper, they're edited as the author's style. Use scans or from the manga. (Better use scans, it has more resolution)

Now I just got to wait and regain the 200 papers I lost due to my foolishness and eager to upload a wallpaper.

Use of that scan is fine. THe same rules apply to Session Zero. It is intended to house wallpapers in development. It is not made for final submissions.

Hmm I found the wallpaper I used before as a scan:

Could I just redo the background using this scan and it will be fine?

btw, does the same rules apply for the Session Zero gallery? I read that there are no fines but how about the rules?

No you can use scans/ renders found elsewhere. Just be sure to abide by the terms of use of the location you source them from.

I already quoted that part for you. Why don't you understand it?
The link to the background shows me that you only edited the girl out of the background by duplicating some other parts. That's not allowed. You can't use the background of this wallpaper you didn't make to made your own wallpaper. Search for a scan and make your own wallpaper by creating the background, extracting the scan and so on. Don't use any parts of other wallpapers, not even the smallest part.

So I cant use the background from that wallpaper at all?
I have worked to resolve some of the problems I found and made the background diffrent:

Here is a image showing the background i use without any effects and stuff on, next to the original wallpaper:

The only thing left from that original wallpaper is the "blood" texture/pattern.(That is visible)

That's exactly what I wanted to know and that's not good for you.

So you took that wallpaper and edited it? This is not allowed, it's ripping and can't be said to be a self-made wallpaper by you.

Using elements from other wallpapers in yours is not acceptable here at AP. Check out the scans gallery if you need some new material to work with.

Read the guide, the hole one not just the part I quoted to learn about the requirements for wallpapers.

I cant see the blur you are talking about either, only thing that I can come to think of is that Alucard isn't razor sharp at some edges.
When you say the text in the background you mean the quote on the red part right?

The first rejection was because of lacking description. It is required to put a description. The reason why you wallpaper was rejected the second time is about the quality of your wallpaper.

Mainly it can be summed up like this: blurry.

The scan is blurry and could use cleaning. I'm not sure if you used a blur filter if so you really should remove it.

The background is hard to judge. Looks like the original background of the scan with just some text added. Not sure about that but I can't be sure without a link to the original scan you used.

The text on the background seems out of place for me. The font is not a good choice and the text itself looks also blurry and a bit grainy.

Hi, I have a wallpaper that I have done and I have submited it twice now, first time it lacked description so I fixed that and then it got rejected cuz of:
"-Image quality problems.
-Background composition issues."

I cant see whats wrong with the wallpaper so I hope someone can explain for me so I can fix it and don't make the same mistake in the future.
