I am in the training team for a company, we train labor to converse like civilized (pardon) people when immigrated from other labor intensive countries.
Mainly, I do the maids/temporary helpers/construction labors etc and make them speak up for their needs in a language that they and the employer can understand.
Also, includes documenting them and their visas and so on.

Lol!maybe i am a wallin machine oh they all were made since long time and except the last one you know i was angry cuz my frinds went to the park where we have decided to go and i was all happy and prepared for that but mom didnt allow me to go cuz her friend will come and she will bring her daughter too,so that i stayed home and switched on the computer and started to put dots and lines on PS thats y i made that walli xD lol

Well we disagreed on the Bleach wallpaper in session zero, and I have nothing wrong with that, but I wanted to point out one thing you said to me:

Spudsy, you have not ever released an accepted wallpaper yourself so quit saying stuff like that to a new waller. >=(

I don't need to be van Goh to critique art, so then I do not need to be a wallpaper maker to critique a wallpaper. I understand some of my comments were harsh, but someone who screencaps a scene, blurs everything, and then add the logo isn't trying hard enough, much yet trying at all in my eyes. So for making me look at something like that, I made him feel what I really felt about the wallpaper. Anyway, I'll try to be more nice, but there's merit to what I say, and I felt really annoyed by having to see someone want comments on something that could have been made in MS Paint.

CALL THE FIRE SERVICES!! Someone put out the fire on his head!!! XD

Seriously, this wall is very unusual.
The scan and the background do not mix.
The scan seems to be a little rougher than the cleaner background.
But what seems out of place the most is the fire. (Especially on his head.)
I will admit is looks pretty well made but it has no relevance to the overall wall. And the plain black background is too boring for my liking.
Maybe using textures would have worked better.
Im surprised this didn't end up in session zero.

Oh well, nice try anyways. :)

Well, if you see the original scan, you will see that his head is on fire too, so the character is like this, I can´t do nothing with that.
Maybe I should colored the characther because is true, maybe the fire seems a bit out of place.
