It's not as messy as before. Good improvement. You should know that you can also use blurring and the background as to add to the sense of depth. (For example, lines bending to create the illusion of distance.)

It's probably good idea to edit the author's comment on the wall to state the update to the wall.

Try clouds/smoke/dust/fire/explosions next time to block out parts. I like your textures and font usage. Just work on composition. ^___^

Im truly impressed in the way you manage the effects on the Gundam 00 wallpapers do you have a tutorial or something for those GN particles effect that i may use to learn to do it o.o
