If you read the TLDR description I had already mentioned I knew the reflection was off. I was pretty much tired of working on the wall and just vectored the author's reflection instead.

The way the reflection looks right now, it is pretty how a flat 2D reflection would look like looking head on at something. Since my character is angled to look 3D, the reflection is pretty much off. :(

I wouldn't have included the reflection but it wouldn't have made the ice look as glossy. Your analysis is correct though now that I think about it. If the ice had a lot of frost, the reflection shouldn't be as clear and have as much depth. D:

Next time I do reflections, I'll probably spend the time to study if I am not tired again lol. I knew people were going to ding me for it but I just wanted to get the wall out and work on something fresh. I probably redrew the character 5+ times with revisions trying to get the shading and gradients right. That's several hours of work I just threw out and deleted. @@
