Hope they just make strict rules in fanart than rejecting it cuz they accept originals but why not fanarts. When quality of originals may even be worse. :D

i'm sorry for the inconvenience and confusion, but we actually only allow stuff using scans and such, basically because if we started allowing fanart, we'd start getting really really bad fanart, which is not okay. and then we can't just say..."only good fanart" because, as you could imagine, all hell woudl break loose.

That quote came from a mod who explained to me why they can't accept fanart but still can't they just make strict rules when it comes to fanart instead cuz in the first place they can reject lesser quality made wallpapers. Yet she told me the topic is being debated over again and there is a possiblity(only a possibilty) that they might consider accepting fanart. So if they don't consider then I'll just ask for another termination plea here(cuz she asked me to stick for a while for now).
